The Condominium Association
governs the campus of the Midway Outreach Community. When a
non-profit organization is ready to build on the campus, the
foundation deeds the property immediately under their proposed
building, making the non-profit a unit owner and a member of the
Condominium Association. Expenses and governance of these Common
Areas are also shared by the Association.
Common Areas and Expenses include: Grounds maintenance, snow
removal, Association management, insurance, infrastructure,
landscaping, ice control, utilities, property taxes, campus
improvements.
The Condominium Association Board of Directors is made up of
representatives from each of the non-profit organizations. The Board
acts as an overseer for the Association, making decisions regarding
common areas, future organizations to develop on site, determining
expense sharing methods, approving the budget and resolving any
conflicts that may occur.
