    "One in a Million"

    Jay, we won't forget you

    Although we'll grieve

    for you for awhile.

    We'll cherish your

    easy going and patient ways

    And that loveable,

    goofy smile.

    A quiet and gentle giant,

    You navigated through life

    in your own way,

    No one can say

    you didn't "live it up".

You're one in a million, Jay.

    Adored by

    your nieces and nephews,

    You found such joy

    in being with them.

    You filled so many roles

    to us, uncle, son,

    brother, nephew, cousin,

    soul mate, and friend.

    Although we'll never know

    why you went,

    You were meant

    to leave us here.

    We'll carry you always in

    our memories and hearts

    And remember

    the last 29 years.

    It's so hard for us

    to say goodbye, So as

    we honor you we'll say,

    We miss you always,

    we love you lots,

You're one in a million, Jay.
