car as the father left the house.

    When the elder Miller returned

home about 11 o'clock this morning,

he noticed his son's" car in the garage,

so he entered the house and

went to bed, believing that the son

was doing some work in the garage.

At noon, when Mrs. Miller went

to the garage to call her son to dinner,

she found the body in the front

seat of the automobile. She imme-

diately returned to the house to

    arouse, her husband, who notified

    authorities.

    vorced at few months ago.
