She was born January 24, 1930, the daughter of the late Albert and Mabel (Paschen) Reinholz, in Kaukauna, where she was a resident most of her life. On October 20, 1962, she married Karl Freier at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Kaukauna. Karl preceded her in death on September 12, 2006. They were blessed with 43 years of marriage. Janice was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Among many hobbies, she enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and painting. She was a member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Kaukauna.

    Janice is survived by a son, Scott (Penny) Freier, Hilbert and their son, Jared; a daughter, Sue Freier, Kaukauna, and her daughter and two sons: Nicole (Tim) Klein, Ryan (fiancé Amanda Delforge) and Lance VanDeLeygraaf; a daughter, Sarah (Ken) Beckman, Andover, Minnesota, and their two daughters, Grace and Claire; a brother-in-law, George Steffens, Fond du Lac; and a sister-in-law, Alice Peters, Kimberly.

    She was preceded in death by her husband Karl; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Arthur and Viola (Kromer) Freier; a brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Katherine Reinholz; a sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Leon Ashauer; a sister, Virginia Steffens; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jane and Robert Johnson; and a brother-in-law, Richard Peters.

    Funeral services for Janice will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2015, at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, 804 Grignon Street, Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Visitation will be at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Kaukauna.     Last Rites Today For Mrs. Timm; Dies At Age 77
    Kaukauna Resident for 50 Years; Born in Calumet County

    Mrs. Anna Timm, 319 Dixon street, a Kaukauna resident for 50 years died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Raymond McCarty, 202 Catherine street at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday following a two months illness.

    Mrs. Timm was born November 30, 1870, in Calumet county. Survivors other than Mrs. McCarty are one sister, Mrs. Frank Mader, Kaukauna, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

    Funeral services will be held at 10 Friday morning at St. Mary's Catholic church, with the Rev. Joseph Esdepsky officiating. The cortege will form at 9:30 at the Fargo funeral home.

    Burial will be in the Union cemetery in Kaukauna.

    Was Sick But A Week
    August Timm Died Monday - Funeral Will be Held Saturday Morning

    August Timm, who resided on 9th St. south side, died Monday morning at 8:10 o'clock. Death was due to congestion of the liver, and an abcess. He was sick but one week. The funeral will be held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock at the house and interment will be at Union cemetery. The deceased was born in Woodville, and was 38 years, three months and eight days old at the time of his death. He was married in 1897 to Miss Anna Munkers of Woodville, the ceremony being performed at Appleton. His wife and one child, Gertrude Timm aged nine years, survive him. He also leaves six brothers and one sister. They are Fred, Herman and Peter who are still living at home with their mother, Henry, Albert and William of the state of Washington, and Mary, Mrs. Baltzer of Harrison.

    (nee Kolosso)

    Patricia N. Schreiter passed away peacefully on September 18, 2013 with her loving husband and family by her side, the result of a brief illness. She was born June 21, 1929 in Appleton to the late Robert and Stella (Ehlers) Kolosso Sr. She graduated from Saint Mary's Academy, Milwaukee and later on was united in marriage to John R. Schreiter on June 22, 1957 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Appleton. They shared 56 plus years together fueled by their love for each other, their children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, soon to be great-great grandchild and of course lots of laughter.

    Being a devoted wife, mother and grandmother was a job that came easily and naturally even to the end. She excelled as a seamstress specializing in custom made draperies which were done at home while the kids were young school age. She also excelled at bookkeeping for the family business which prepared her for a career in the front office of Asten-Johnson Fabrics Inc., retiring in 1991. Pat and John then moved "up north" enjoying 14 years in the peace and tranquility of the Marinette County Forest area until moving back to the Appleton area in 2005.

    Pat is survived by her loving and equally devoted husband John; her children: Frank (Mary Beth), Lisa Lochner, Martha Schreiter, Kathy Kalinski, and Sharon (Chris) Schreiter-Campshure; grandchildren: Christopher (Missy), Robert (Kaylee), Sarah (Larry), Eric, Lexi, Brandon (Nina) and Nathan; great grandchildren: Caitlyn (Devon), Taylor, McKenzie, McKenna, Shelby, Jaelynn, Abby, Emma, Lincoln and soon to be great-great grandchild, Lilah; one sister, Irene Cagle; four sisters-in-law: Joanne Kolosso, Joan Kolosso, Rita DeGroot and Ester (Clement)Schreiter; two brothers-in-law: Raymond Jr. and Richard (Mary) as well as countless nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends, especially Loretta LaBelle and Lois Forslund.

    Those who preceded her and now reunited with besides her parents include: infant first born, Jeffery; (John's parents) Raymond Sr. and Ethel; brothers: Robert Jr., Jerome Sr. "Butch" and Donald; brothers-in-law: Robert, James, Fr. Dan, Clement, George Cagle, Walter "Bud" Lille, James DeGroot, Robert Laux and Robert Steger; and sisters-in-law: Barbara Steger, Marie Laux, Rita Schreiter, Lucille Schreiter, and Ruth Schreiter.

    A Mass of Resurrection will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, September 23, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 414 W. Lawrence St., Appleton, with Father James Leary OFM Cap officiating and Father Robert Udulitch and Father Bertin Samsa concelebrating. Friends may visit on Sunday from 4 - 6 p.m. at the Brettschneider-Trettin-Nickel Funeral Chapel, and after 9 a.m. Monday directly at the church until the time of service. Interment will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Appleton.

    In lieu of flowers, the family has established a memorial fund for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Patricia's name.

    Special thank you to St. Elizabeth Hospital especially the devoted nursing staff on 4 West. Their professionalism, kindness and empathy for all of us was a true blessing.
