    Armes, Lucille Dorothy
    Mrs. Lucille Dorothy Armes, 84, of Cookeville, Tennessee, formerly of Little Chute, passed away Saturday, September 20th, 2008, at NHC Healthcare of Cookeville. Mrs. Armes was born in Chicago, IL, on June 14, 1924, the daughter of the late Bernard Freriks and Johanna Freriks Paalman. She attended St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Cookeville. She was employed as a bookkeeper in the sporting good industry and performed volunteer work at an Appleton hospital. She dedicated life to her family and was a devoted wife and a loving mother and grandmother.
    Mrs. Armes is survived by her daughters: JoAnn L. (Bradley) Nelson, Burlington; Kathleen M. (Rick) Dougherty, Austin, TX; son: Richard A. Armes. Cookeville, TN; granddaughters: Alisa M. Story and Autumn L. (Marvin) Evertse, all of Kenosha; grandson: Justin E. (Cris) Dougherty, Austin, TX.
    She was preceded in death by her husband James Edward Armes and her parents.
    Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 25, 2008, at the Verkuilen Funeral Home, 101 Canal St., with Deacon Vincent DeGroot officiating. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery, Little Chute. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 a.m. Thursday until the time of the service.

She was a member of Most Precious Blood Catholic Church.

    Dorothy is survived by a daughter, Mary Jo (Dave) Prahl, New London; sons, Ron (Katie) Bult, Palm Coast, FL; Ben (Lynn) Bult, Montello; and Steve (Dianne) Bult, New London; a brother Leonard Koehl, Novato, CA. She is further survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

    She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Andy, a son Jerry and infant son James.

    Funeral services for Dorothy will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, New London. Visitation will be held at the church on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.

    Bult, Jerome "Jerry" J.
    Jerome "Jerry" J. Bult, age 64, of New London, passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2008, at New London Family Medical Center. Jerry was born on November 29, 1943, in New London, son of the late Andrew and Dorothy (Koehl) Bult. He worked at Bult's Quality Bakery in New London following graduation from High School, and then took the business over following his father's death in 1996.
    Jerry is survived by his daughters: Heidi Bult, Milwaukee; Henrica Bult, New London; his mother, Dorothy; three brothers: Ron (Katie), Florida; Ben (Lynn) Bult, Appleton; Steve (Diane) Bult, New London; and a sister, Mary Jo (Dave) Prahl, New London.
    He was preceded in death by his father, Andrew Bult.
    Funeral Mass for Jerry will be held on Friday, September 26, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church in New London with Fr. David Lewis officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Cline & Hanson Funeral Home on Thursday, September 25, 2008, from 4-7 p.m. and also at the church on Friday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service.

On September 4, 1976, he was united in marriage to Mary Jo Bult in New London. In 1973, Dave started working at Curwood, as a machine operator, in the coating department. His interests included auto body restoration, deer hunting, boating, fishing and traveling with his family.

    Dave is survived by his wife, Mary Jo; son, Sam (Patricia) Prahl, Northport; granddaughter, Madalyn Prahl, brother, Robert (Deb) Prahl, Royalton; sister, Sandy (Matt) Steinbach, Iola and brother-in-law, John Bork, Northport.

    Dave was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Debbie Bork.

    A funeral service for Dave will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at Emanuel Lutheran Church in New London. Rev. Marcus Schulz will be officiating. Friends and family may visit from 4-7 p.m. on Monday, February 22, 2016 at Cline and Hanson Funeral home in New London and again at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday. Burial will be in Northport Ostrander Cemetery, Town of Mukwa.

    Van Belkom, John F.
    John F. Van Belkom, 84, Kimberly, died in the presence of his loved ones on Saturday, March 28, 2009, at Brewster Village in Appleton. John was born in Tilburg, The Netherlands, on Sept. 14, 1924. He married Annie de Leeuw on April 18, 1950. John and his family moved to the Fox Valley in 1959. He retired from Miller Electric in 1981, after 23 years as a Senior Tester. He enjoyed singing and was in several choirs, including a lifetime member of the MacDowell Male Chorus. John did a lot of remodeling projects and was skilled in woodworking. John and Annie enjoyed spending time with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They also liked to travel internationally and getting together with fellow Hollanders.
    He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 58 years, Annie Van Belkom, Kimberly; daughters, Marianne (Wayne) Verboomen, Appleton; Marie (Dan) Martin, Townsend; a son, Tony (Sue) Van Belkom, Franklin, Tenn.; ten grandchildren, Jennifer, Sarah, Lisa, Christopher, Joel, Amanda, Sandy, Amy, Kristin, Anna; and great-grandchildren; sisters, Toni (Adolf) Hendriks, Appleton; and Annie de Kort, The Netherlands.
    A celebration of his life will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2009, at ST. BERNADETTE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2331 East Lourdes Drive, Appleton. Father Donald Zuleger will officiate. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 31, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Wichmann Funeral Home, 537 N. Superior Street, and again on Wednesday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
    A memorial fund in John's name has been established.
    The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Brewster Village nursing staff for their excellent care and thoughtfulness.

  • Note: Ann B. Van Belkom, age 90, of Kimberly, passed away peacefully in the presence of her loved ones Monday June 29, 2015. Those that knew Ann (Annie) knew her as a kind, sweet soul. Mom loved cooking for her family and in the Dutch tradition was always quick to offer food and baked goods to those visiting their home in Kimberly. Ann was born in Tilburg, The Netherlands, on November 1, 1924. She married John F. Van Belkom on April 18, 1950. John, Annie, and family moved to the Fox Valley in 1959. They both loved being with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Spending time tending the flowers in their rock garden and traveling extensively throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East were activities they both enjoyed.

    She will be greatly missed and was preceded in death by her loving husband John and is survived by daughters: Marianne (Wayne) Verboomen, Appleton, Marie (Dan) Martin, Townsend; a son: Tony (Sue) Van Belkom, Franklin, TN; ten grandchildren: Jennifer, Sarah, Lisa, Christopher, Joel, Amanda, Sandy, Amy, Kristin, Anna; and 11 great-grandchildren.

    A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at St. Paul's Catholic Church, 410 Wallace Street in Combined Locks. Father Andrew Kysely will officiate. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of mass.
