    Age 80, died Friday June 2, at Appleton Medical Center. She was born April 8, 1909 in Appleton, daughter of the late Michael and Josephine Blick. She was employed by Geenan Dry Goods for many years and also as a secretary for St. Therese Catholic Church for 16 years. she was a member of St. Therese Catolic Church. Srvivors include a brother and sister-in-law; John and Evelyn Block, Appleton; a sister, Helen Keller, Appleton; a brother-in-law, Harvey and (Frances) Wolfgram, Appleton; a sister-in-law, Frances block, Oakfieeld, Wisconsin; many nieces, nephews and good friends Preceeded in death by two rothers; Frank and Harry; two sisters; Cecile Wolfgram and Laura Block. Funeral Services will be held Monday 11 a.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church with the Rev. Daniel Gilsfdorf officiating. Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call at the Brettschneider-Trettin Lederer Funeral Chapel, 606 N. Oneida on Sunday from 4 until 9 p.m. and again on Monday from 9 1 10:30 a.m. Parish wake services will be held Sunday 7:30 at the funeral chapel. A memorial fund has been established.

    Oshkosh Daily Northwestern, Tues., 12 Mar 1968 Appleton- Frank J. Blick, 66, 725 Mason St., Appleton, died at 3 p.m. Monday followinga lingering illness. A resident of Appleton all hi life, he was born in the city March 12, 1901. He served on the Appleton Police Department for 28 years, retiring with the rank of sergeant. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Appleton, Holy Name Society, Catholic Knights of Wisconsin and the Policeman's Protective Association. Surviving are the widow, Martha; one daughter, Mrs. Erwin Hintz, Appleton; two brothers, Harry Blick, Oakfield, Wis., and John Blick, Appleton; four sisters, the Misses Laura and Marie Blick, Mrs. William Keller and Mrs. Harvey Wolfgram, all of Appleton, and three grandchildren. A requiem mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with the Rev. Thomas Keller as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friedns may call at the Valley Funeral Home, Appleton, from 2 p.m. Thursday until 8:30 a.m. Friday. The rosary will be prayed at 7:30 Thrusday evening.

    Martha postponed her wedding one week because of her part, playing the villain in the "Rose of Plymouth Town" at Lawrence Memorial chapel on April 20. Appleton Post-Crescent, Mon., 26 Apr 1922, p 5 The wedding of Miss Martha Schoenrock, daughter of Herman Schoenrock, 699 Catherine-st. and Frank Blick, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. J. Blick, 890 State-st. took place at St. Joseph church at 9 o'clock Wednesday morning. The Rev. Basil Gummerman performed the ceremony. Miss Laura Blick and William Schwister attended the couple. A wedding breakfast was served at Hotel Appleton. The young people will make their home on Gilmore-st.

    Hintz, Patricia "Pat" Appleton Age 70, passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2003 at the Hospice at Cherry Meadows after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on August 16, 1933 the daughter of the late Frank and Martha Blick. On October 30, 1954 she married Erwin Hintz at St. Mary Catholic Church in Appleton. She was employed at the Veterans Service Office at the Outagamie County Courthouse, and also at Fox Valley Technical College. Pat loved to travel, especially out West, loved bird watching, but the greatest joy in her life was her family. She is survived by her husband Erwin of Appleton, her children: Greg (Donna) Hintz of Appleton, Michael (Karla) Hintz of Neenah, Lisa (Russ) Jabas of Appleton; her grandchildren: Nathan, Lauren, and Avery Hintz of Appleton, Ryan, Amie, and Taylor Hintz of Neenah, and Nicole and Alan Jabas of Appleton, and her mother-in-law Erma Hintz of Appleton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 10, 2003 at 2 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 212 South State Street in Appleton with the Rev. Michael O'Rourke officiating. Interment will take place at Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call at the church on Monday from 1 p.m. until the time of the mass. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established for cancer research. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the Angels at the Hospice at Cherry Meadows, and the doctors and staff who cared for her. Their TLC was greatly appreciated.
