    Age 85, passed away at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday following a lingering illness. She was born September 4, 1888 in the Town of Harrison and had been a resident of that area all of her life. Her husband preceded her in death in 1969. Survivors are five daughters, Mrs. Oscar (Clara) Fischer of Melbourne, Florida, Mrs. Jacob (Esther) Wollersheim of Kaukauna, Mrs. George (Rite) Burr of Downers Grove, Ill., Miss Edna Hartzheim of Rt. 2, Menasha, Mrs. Clarence (Viola) Lemmers of Shiocton; three sons, Henry of Tr. 1, Black Creek, Raymond of Tr. 2, Menasha, andElmer of Hanover, Kansas; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Schoemaker of Los Angeles; 24 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 on Saturday morning at the Laemmrich Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church with the Rev. Louis Prefontaine officiating. Interment will be in Holy Angels Cemetery in Darboy. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 until 9 p.m. on Friday and the prayer service will be held at 8 p.m. Friday evening.

    Hartzheim, Robert "Bob"


    Robert "Bob" Hartzheim, 83, passed away on Friday, April 2, 2010, at Parkside Care Center. Bob was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be greatly missed by his family.

    Bob is survived by his wife of 60 years, Marge Hartzheim, three sons; Art (Becky) Hartzheim, Gary (Ellen) Hartzheim, and Michael Hartzheim, five grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, a brother Donald Hartzheim, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Bob was preceded in death by an infant son, his parents, two brothers and his mother and father-in-law.

    A time of visitation will be held on Monday, April 5, 2010, at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, Appleton, from 4 p.m. until 7 p-.m. A graveside committal service will be held on Tuesday, April 6 at 10 a.m. at the Highland Memorial Park.

    Age 76, passed away at the home of his son on Saturday, March 10, 2007 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Menasha on January 22, 1931 son of the late Joseph and Anna (Jochman) Hartzheim. He married his high school sweetheart, Virginia Daniel on March 14, 1951. Norbert worked at the Kimberly Mill for 38 years, 12 of those years he spent as president of the United Paper Mill Workers Union. He retired as head paper tester in the technical department. Norb’s passions were fixing and building things. He loved working in his shop through the years, creating many interesting and useful devices. In 2002, Norbert and Virginia moved to Arkansas. He loved Arkansas and the wonderful neighbors and friends he met there. He enjoyed golf, singing in the choir and reading in the warm sun. All who knew him will miss his warm smile and sense of humor.

    Norb is survived by his wife of 56 years, Virginia; children: Wayne (Mary) Hartzheim, Linda (Don) Green, Samantha (Scott) Burroughs and Darrel Hartzheim; brothers: Robert (Marge) Hartzheim and Donald Hartzheim; sister, Ann Gill; grandchildren: Zane, Brett and Uriah (Elissa); great-grandchildren: Jessica and Hunter; brother-in-law, Fred (Barb) Daniel; and sister-in-law, Kathy (Marvin) Van Dyke. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Joseph; and his beloved granddaughter, Sativa.

    A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at Kimberly Presbyterian Church, 206 N. John St., Kimberly, with Rev. Wil Tabb officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

    The family extends a special thank you to all the wonderful hospice workers, both in Arkansas and Wisconsin, who helped and cared so much.

    Virginia Mae Hartzheim, age 79, of Kimberly, passed away on Sunday August 11, 2013 at Kimberly Grand Horizons. Virginia was born on October 4, 1933 in the Town of Stockbridge to the late Karl and LaVerne (Zick) Daniel. On March 14, 1951 she married Norbert William Hartzheim. He preceded her in death on March 10, 2007. Virginia enjoyed cooking for her family, gardening, reading on her porch in Arkansas, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a lifelong member of the Kimberly Presbyterian Church in Kimberly.
    Virginia is survived by her children: Wayne (Mary) Hartzheim, Sherwood; Linda Green, Phoenix, Arizona; Samantha (Scott) Burroughs, Greenville; and Darrel (Sun Zielinski) Hartzheim, Kaukauna; grandchildren: Zane Yunk, Brett Yunk, and Uriah (Elissa) Van Ooyen; great grandchildren: Jessica and Hunter Pahl; Ivy and Ian Van Ooyen; and Malena Yunk. She is also survived by her brother, Fred (Barb) Daniel; sister, Kathy (Marvin) Van Dyke; great aunt, Marie (Daniel) Juhre; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends, both in Wisconsin and Arkansas.
    She was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Sativa Van Ooyen and an infant brother, Marvin.
    The memorial service for Virginia will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, August 16, 2013 at the Kimberly Presbyterian Church, 206 John Street in Kimberly. Rev. Wil Tabb will be officiating. Friends may call on Thursday from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Jansen-Fargo Funeral Home and again on Friday at the church from 10:00 am until the time of service.
