    Grafmeier, Priscilla “Pat”

    Priscilla “Pat” Grafmeier, age 64, of Menasha, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2005, at ManorCare Health Services. She was born November 19, 1940, in Appleton, the daughter of the late Irving and Elsie (Dunn) Rusch. Pat was a graduate of Appleton West High School. She was employed in the nursing field and was a caregiver all of her life, working at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Franciscan Care Center, and ManorCare. Pat enjoyed reading, fancywork- knitting, crocheting, and sewing, as well as working crossword puzzles. Her greatest joy was the time she shared with her grandchildren.

    Survivors include her children, Steven Grafmeier, of Appleton, Brian Grafmeier, of Menasha, Duane (Wendy) Grafmeier, of Neenah, Dan (Julie) Grafmeier, of Combined Locks, and Anne Grafmeier, of Menasha; her six grandchildren, Paul, Kaitlin, Brett, Jack, Travis, and Alariss; and a sister, Evelyn Altergott, of Little Chute. Pat was preceded in death by eleven sisters and brothers.

    The funeral mass for Pat will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 27, 2005, at SACRED HEART CATHOLIC CHURCH, 222 East Fremont Street, Appleton, with Father Norman Krutzik as celebrant. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Appleton. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, and again from 10:00 a.m. Monday until the time of services at the church. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund in Pat's name is being established.

    The family would like to extend a special thank you to ManorCare, Cherry Meadows, Heartland Hospice, and Dr. Aristigueta for their wonderful care given to Pat.

    Age 66, was called to Heaven on April 5, 1994. He was born December 31, 1927 in Hollandtown, Wisconsin, to the late Louis and Helen Schmidt. He married Dorothy J. Vosters of Little Chute on February 20, 1950. Paul was active in farming in the Seymour area for the past 40 years, retiring in 1991. He was a member of St. John Catholic Church, Seymour wher he was an usher. He was also a member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society, the Catholic Kinghts, and the Dairyland Snowmobile Club.

    Paul is survived by his wife, Dorothy of 44 years; two sons, Thomas, Seymour; Louis and his wife, Mary Jo, Seymour; six daughters, Helen Tilkens, Green Bay; Paula Schmidt, Appleton; Dee and her husband, John Nagel, Seymour; Mary Beth and her husband, Pat Guyette, Black Creek; Susan and her husband, Jerry Cismoski, Fenimore; Sally and her husband, Rick Rohm, Black Creek. He is also survived by a brother, Robert and Elaine Schmidt, Kaukauna; three sisters, Mary and Elmer Bueckler, Wrightstown; Betty and Bill Nelson, California; RoseAnna and Jim Baltus, Laona. He was a proud Grandpa of 15 grandchildren.

    Paul was precededed in death by his two son, Paul Joseph and David, a grandson, Joey Cismoski, also his parents, Louise and Helen Schmidt, and a sister, Helen Lou.

    Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. John Catholic Church, Seymour with the Rev. Frank Kerscher officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Muehl Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour from 4 until 9 p.m. Thursday with a prayer service at 8 p.m. and Friday at the church from 10 a.m. until services until 11 a.m.

    Age 70, died Tuesday morning, March 23, 2004 following an extended illness. She was born June 18, 1933, to the late Louis and Helen (Jaeckels) Schmidt in Hollandtown and had been an area resident all of her life. Rose was the co-owner, for 25 years, of Flanagan’s Party-Port, which opened in 1957 and later was known as Flanagan’s Stop & Shop. Following this she opened the Super Slim Diet Salon, on College Avenue and was then employed by Accurate Alignment. Rose married James T. Baltus on April 14, 1992, in Las Vegas, after knowing each other for seven weeks. She was a member of St. Leonard Catholic Church, Laona. Survivors include her husband, James T. Baltus; a son, Patrick Flanagan and his special friend, Judi Austin, Greenville; a daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Jeff Frischner, California; four grandchildren, James, Joseph, Victoria and McKayla Frischner; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary and Elmer Buechler, Wrightstown; Betty and Bill Nelson, California; a brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Elaine Schmidt, Kaukauna; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Schmidt, Seymour; a step-grandson, Michael (Susan) Goodin; two step-great grandsons, Mike and Billy Goodin and the rest of the Baltus Family; special friends, Linda Kenseth, Mary Ann and Clete Feldkamp, Wayne and Rose Konitzer, Mary and Jim Rheinhart; a sister-in-law, Val Flanagan and the rest of the Flanagan Family; and her faithful friends in Arizona. She was preceded in death by a brother Paul Schmidt and an infant sister, Helen Lou Schmidt. A memorial funeral liturgy for Rose will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, March 27, 2004, at ST. PIUS X CATHOLIC CHURCH, 500 West Marquette Street, with Father Donald Zuleger officiating. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 9:30 am until the time of the mass. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.

    The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Franciscan Care and Rehabilitation Center, especially Brenda, Marie and Marion for their loving care and support and to all of the family and friends who visited.

    Paul Joseph Schmidt Nichols, Wisconsin

    Age 25, died unexpectedly last Friday evening as the result of a car accident. He was a 1974 graduate of Seymour High School and was president of his class. Mr. Schmidt was the owner of Paul's Auto Body in Nichols which he started in 1978. He was born August 22, 1954 in Green Bay.

    Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Lewis Schmidt, route 1, Seymour; his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Louis [Helen] Schmidt, Hollandtown; three brothers, Tom, Louis and David, all of route 1, seymour; six sisters, Mrs. Gordon [Helen] Tilkens, Green Bay; Mrs. John [Dolores] Nagel, Seymour; a twin sister, Mrs. Richard [Paula] Bushman, Appleton; and Misses Mary, Susan and Sally Schmidt, all of route 1, Seymour.

    Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. John Catholic Church, Seymour, with the Rev. James Dillenburg officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Muehl Funeral Home in Seymour from 3-9 p.m. Monday and at the church on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. A prayer service will be conducted at 8 p.m. Monday.

Karl enjoyed his trucking and excavating business. He liked going to tractor shows and taking care of his yard.

    He is survived by his wife, Anne of 44 years; his children, Troy (Val) Hoffmann, Townsend; Kim (Robert) Davis, De Pere; his five grandchildren, Kheidi, Karlee, Riley, Matthew, and Brynlea; his mother, Ruth; sister June (Robert) Dorn; and brother-in-law, Richard Konkel; and other relatives and friends. Karl was preceded in death by his father, Earl and sister, Fay Konkel.

    Friends may call at the RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere, from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday (TODAY). Visitation will continue after 10 a.m. at the funeral home on Monday, until time of service at 1 p.m. with Pastor Dennis Mannering officiating.   • Note: Michael G. Grady, 67, of Little Chute, formerly of Mountain, died Sunday evening , April 22, 2012 following a lengthy illness. The son of Patrick and Juline (Arnoldussen) Grady was born April 21, 1945 in Green Bay. He graduated from Abbot Pennings High School, Class of 1963. Mike worked for Kendall (Diana) Manufacturing for over thirty years. He enjoyed ham radio, airplanes, camping and spending time with his family. He married Diane "Dee Dee" Deacon on November 7, 1980. She preceded him in death on December 14, 1999.

    Survivors include his children, Paula Armstrong, Lisa Thiede, and Scott Grady. He has five wonderful grandchildren, Craig Hicks, Alexander Grady, Tyler, Rachael and Brandon Grady and one great grandchild Courtney Hansen. Plus a special grandchild, named "George". Father Patrick and stepmother Joan Grady of De Pere; five sisters Anne Hoffmann of De Pere; Laura Gonnering of Kaukauna; Mary (Richard) Williamson of Muscoda; Rosie Poquette and (Ron) of Appleton; Cindy Grady of Kaukauna; and three brothers Patrick (Lois) of Kaukauna; Fred of Oconto; and Frank of Appleton. Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Special friends Ralph and Carol Schoch. Mike was preceded in death by his mother Juline Grady, wife Dee Dee, son Jimmy, nephew Colt Ringer, Brother-in-laws Karl and Dean; sister-in-law Pam and Armon Ulmer.

    Friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 Tenth Street, De Pere from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday April 26, 2012. Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday at the funeral home with Father Tom Hagendorf, O. Praem., officiating. Private family burial will be held next week at Mount Calvary Cemetery. The family extends a special thank you to Care Partners Assisted Living, Fresenius Dialysis Center, AMC 6th Floor Nursing Staff, Dr. Danz and Dr. Kieffer.
