  • Note: Rosella Marx "Sally" 125 W. 10th St., Kaukauna Age 86, died unexpectedly Monday, February 22, 1999, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton. She was born January 24, 1913, in Sherwood, daughter of the late John and Lucy (Otto) Derfus. On October 17, 1933, she married William Marx he preceded her in death on April 21, 1993. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Kaukauna, and the Christian Mothers. Survivors include four children and spouses, Mary Ellen Sanders, Kaukauna Joan (Vic) Ebben, Rhinelander William Marx Jr., Kaukauna Bob (Barb) Marx, Kaukauna eight grandchildren, Kris (Ann) Sanders, Dale (Amy) Sanders, Sheila (Kurt) Buchberger, Dan Ebben, Scott Ebben (fiancee Tammy), Tim Ebben, Michael and Matthew Marx 10 great-grandchildren, a brother and two sisters-in-law, David (Lois) Derfus, Marcella Derfus, all of Neenah numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband a son-in-law, Tom Sanders a sister, Vera Brauer, and a brother, Geraine. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 24, 1999, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Kaukauna. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Boettcher Family Funeral Home, 2401 Fieldcrest Drive, Kaukauna, from 4 to 8 p.m.

    Tuesday (today) and after 10 a.m. Wednesday directly at the church until the time of services.

    There will be a parish prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. A memorial fund has been established in her name.

    Wyngaard, Juanita Juanita Wyngaard, 87, Kaukauna, passed away Saturday, Jan. 27, 2007, at her home. She was born January 8, 1920, in Stockbridge, daughter of the late Otto and Emma (Hoelzel) Wilson. She married Anthony J. Wyngaard on April 3, 1940.

    She is survived by six sons, Lester (Sue) Wyngaard, Anthony (Darlene) Wyngaard, Francis (Linda) Wyngaard, all Kaukauna; John (Judy) Wyngaard, Menasha; Elroy (Sharon) Wyngaard, Amberg; and Marvin Wyngaard, Appleton; five daughters, Doris (Milton) Mahnke, Menasha; Wilma (Robert) Schroder, Kaukauna; Karen (Fred) Young, Kaukauna; Lynn (Ron) Brux, Bloomington, Ill.; Donna (Neal) Dercks, Little Chute; 37 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

    Other survivors include two brothers, Robert (Nancy) Wilson and Norbert Wilson, all Stockbridge; two sisters, Gladys Verhagen, Appleton; and Mabel (Don) Kossman, Chilton; four sisters-in-law, Rosemary (Elroy) Court, Lillian (Don) Biese, Frances Subert, Betty Wisneski; two brothers-in-law, Maureanus (Lola) Vanden Wyngaard and Leonard (Rita) Vanden Wyngaard; and a sister-in-law, Evelyn Hansen; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

    Juanita was preceded in death by her husband; two sons, Dean and Dale; a granddaughter, Tina Mahnke; a great-grandson, Justin Coenen; brothers, John, Bill, and Lester; and a sister, Verona Nabbefeld.

    The funeral liturgy for Juanita will be held at Noon on Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2007, at ST. MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 119 W. 7th Street in Kaukauna. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends may call directly at the church on Tuesday morning, from 10 a.m. until the time of the services.

    The family would like to extend their special thanks to three special granddaughters, Carol, Sherry, and Karen, who stayed at the home with their grandmother. Thanks also to everyone at ThedaCare at Home, especially Paul, Teri, Charlie, and to the ThedaCare chaplains K.C. and John for their prayers and support.

    Patterson, Dolores "Sis"
    Dolores "Sis" Patterson, of Kaukauna, age 90, died peacefully Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at her home. She was born January 27, 1918, to the late Theodore and Marcella (Hartzheim) Nytes. On October 4, 1941, Sis married Grover "Pat" Patterson at St. Mary Catholic Church, Kaukauna. The couple lived in the Kaukauna area their entire married lives and enjoyed 63 years of marriage together prior to Grover's death on July 11, 2004. Sis loved golfing, gardening, feeding the birds, and, most importantly, spending time with her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
    Sis was an involved member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church and sung in the Resurrection Choir for many years. She also volunteered her time and efforts to the church school as well as the church itself.
    She is survived by her children: Kay (Jerry) Weyenberg, Karen (John) Buskager, all of Kaukauna; Lynne (Dan) Patterson-Dozer, La Quinta, CA; David (Geriann) Patterson, Powell, OH; Patrick (Diane) Patterson, Oshkosh; Mary Patterson, Appleton; 17 grandchildren: Chad (Barb) Weyenberg, Shawn (Phil) Eiting, Jenna (Phil) Hammen, Kathy (John) Soffa, Ann (Stuart) Clish, Steve and Kevin Buskager, Gina (Nathan) Marlowe, David Jr., Lisa and Michael Patterson, Josh (Kara) Patterson, David Patterson, Holly (Jason) Bastic, Hannelore Patterson-Smith, Haelena (Sean) Bigonia, Galen Patterson-Smith; great-grandchildren: Brittany, Kimberly and Meghan Clish, Olivia and Gina Hartzheim, Bowen Avery, Carter and Velouria Bastic, Willow and Judah Bigonia, and Mihret Patterson; three sisters: Helen Wolf, Joan Nytes, and Sally Bartelt, all of Kaukauna. She is further survived by her husband's sister, Rita Wandell, Oregon; numerous nieces and nephews; and a close family friend, Ed Swiechowski.
    She was preceded in death by her husband Pat; a son, Tim; three sisters and a brother.
    Mass of Christian Burial for Dolores will be at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 23, 2008, at ST. KATHARINE DREXEL PARISH at ST. ALOYSIUS SITE, 2401 Main Ave., Kaukauna, with Fr. Jerry Pastors and Fr. David Schmidt co-officiating. Friends will be received directly at Church from 3:30 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in her name.

    Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic church with burial in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Laemmrich Funeral home after 2:30 p.m. today and the rosary will be said there at 3, 7 and 8 p.m. today.
    Survivors are the husband, six daughters, Mrs. Ray Bradish and Mrs. Mose Belanger, both of Neenah, Mrs. Robert Werner, Mrs. Herbert Koslowski, Miss Eneanor Ciske and Mrs. Peter Harris, all of Menasha, four sons, John of Appleton and Edward, Anthony and Clarence all of Menasha, a brother Joseph Ecker of Birnamwood, 37 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
