    Hilary R. Arnoldussen 'Hil' W1960 Teardrop Ln. Freedom

    Age 66, passed away early Saturday morning of congestive heart failure. He was born January 11, 1931, in Wrightstown, son of the late George and Julia [Kerkhoff] Arnoldussen-Newhouse. On July 1, 1953 he married Loretta Van Lanen at St. Boniface parish, De Pere. Hilary retired in 1994 from Miller Electric after over 40 years of service. He was a veteran of the Armed Forces and a member of St. Nicholas Parish, Freedom, where he was a Lector and Eurcharist Minister. Hilary was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Fr. Peter's Concil 8061, Freedom, serving as financial secretary of the Council. He was also a member of the Allouez Assembly 1199 of the Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus and the Fourth Degree Honor Guard, he was a member of Freedom Post 7692 of the Vererans of Foreign Wars and American Legion Post 258, Little Chute. He was a retired member of the Freedom Volunteer Fire Dept. and a member of the O.F.C Hilary enjoyed playing cribbage and sheephead, fishing, hunting and golfing.

    Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Loretta; his children, Deb [Gary] Van Handel, Little Chute; Dan [Michelle] Arnoldussen, Freedom; Dave and fiance Dana Halase, Freedom; Dean [Shelly] Arnoldussen, Freedom; Dawn [Ken] Biese, Freedom; 10 grandchildren, and a great grandchild; Chad, Brett, Troy Van Handel; Kelley and her daughter, Justine, Adam, Tyler, Hillary, Megan Arnoldussen; Karli, Kyle Biese; two brothers and two sisters in-law, Fabian [Iris] Arnoldussen, Wrightstown; Mike [Laverne] Arnoldussen, Freedom; his brother in-law, Pat Grady; nieces and nephews; his mother in-law, Mabel Van Lanen, De Pere; his brother and sisters in-law, Norm, Dick [Marilyn], Ken [Donna] Gene [Bara] Gary [Karen], all of De Pere.

    He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Juline; his brother, Bert; his father in-law, Charles; and Les Newhouse.

    Friends may call at St. Nicholas Church, Freedom, after 1 p.m. Monday, April 28, 1997, until funeral services at 5:30 p.m. with Fr. Dennis Ryan officiating, military rites to follow.     Daniel H. Arnoldussen, Freedom, age 53, died Sunday, December 27, 2009. He was born in Green Bay on October 25, 1956, to Hilary and Loretta (Van Lanen) Arnoldussen. Dan married Michelle Graan on September 17, 1989, in Mt. Charleston, NV. He owned and operated Earth Works LLC. Dan was a true outdoorsman. He was an avid bow hunter and fisherman. Dan also enjoyed four wheeling and snowmobiling. He and his family cherished time spent together, especially at the cabin on Lily Lake in Forest County. He founded and hosted Papa Dan's Fishing Tournament at Lily Lake each Labor Day weekend. Dan was a member of Safari Club International, Walleyes for Tomorrow and Fox Valley Home Builders Association. He was also a member of Appleton Alliance Church and its Building the Grounds Ministry.

    Dan is survived by his wife of 20 years, Michelle; children: Kelley (Chris) Gravedoni, Kaukauna; Adam and Tyler, both of Little Chute; and Hillary and Megan, both at home; mother, Loretta Arnoldussen; grandchildren: Justine and Eric Gravedoni, Braedon Arnoldussen; sisters: Deb (Gary) Van Handel and Dawn (Ken) Biese; brothers: Dave (friend Denise Woldt) and Dean (friend Tricia Barrett); sisters-in-law: LiAnne (Rich) Fedelleck, Julie (Jerry) Sikes; brother-in- law: Larry Graan; nieces and nephews: Chad, Brett, Troy (Pam) Van Handel, Karli, Kyle, Kadie Biese, Alicia (John) Horstman, Tina (Lee) Sheppard; aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends.

    Dan was preceded in death by his father, Hilary; and father- and mother-in-law, Robert and Caroline Graan; grandparents, George and Julia Arnoldussen and Charles and Mabel VanLanen.

    Visitation will be held Saturday, January 2, 2010, from 9 a.m. until time of funeral at 12 Noon at APPLETON ALLIANCE CHURCH (2693 W. Grand Chute Blvd., Appleton). The Rev.     Davey was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, skiing, biking, canoeing and camping, along with a passion for photography, capturing many special occasions from weddings to musical events. He also shot pool in several different leagues. Davey spent 38 years as a master mechanic working at Swinkles and most recently at Lamers Bussing. He could fix anything.

    Davey is survived by his mother, Loretta Arnoldussen; sisters: Deb (Gary) Van Handel and Dawn (Ken) Biese; a brother, Dean (friend, Heather Konrad) Arnoldussen; sister-in-law, Michelle Arnoldussen; nieces and nephews: Godson, Chad (Ricci), Brett (Nicole), Troy (Pam) Van Handel, Karli, Kyle, Kadie Biese, Kelley (Chris) Gravedoni, Adam (fiancée Liz), Tyler (Megan) Arnoldussen, Hillary (Josh) Busch, Megan (Yoshi) Aoki; aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews, a special friend, Denise and many other close friends, especially Kim. He is also survived by his Godfather, Bob Weyenberg.

    Davey was preceded in death by his father, Hilary; a brother, Dan; grandparents: George & Julia Arnoldussen and Charles & Mabel Van Lanen; and Godmother, Florus Weyenberg.

    Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 5, 2017, at the Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Home, N3972 Columbia Ave., Freedom, with Msgr. Jim Vanden Hogen officiating. Family and friends may call directly at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Freedom.     Van Lanen, Mabel Mabel Van Lanen, 94, of De Pere, passed away peacefully Sunday morning , October 15, 2006, at the Good Shepard Nursing Home in Seymour. The daughter of the late Nestor and Della (Gaspart) Bourin was born in Casco, WI on September 13, 1912.

    On November 27, 1927, she married Charles Van Lanen and the couple farmed in the Town of Hobart for seventy years. He preceded her in death on June 20, 1994. She was a past member of Immaculate Conception Church of Oneida and liked to play bingo. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and enjoyed gardening and her flowers.

    Survivors include her children: Norman Van Lanen, De Pere; Loretta Arnoldussen, Freedom; Roger and Marilyn Van Lanen, De Pere; Ken and Donna Van Lanen, De Pere; Eugene and Barbara Van Lanen, De Pere; Gary and Karen Van Lanen, De Pere; 19 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren.

    She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son-in-law, Hilary Arnoldussen, a sister, Mayme De Roost and two brothers: Walter and John Bourin.

    Friends may call at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Oneida, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2006. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Church with Father David Koch and Cinde Becker, officiating. Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, De Pere.     Born in the town of Lawrence Nov. 28, 1904, he resided in Kimberly for the last 18 years and had a summer home at Wabeno. He was a member of Mount Calvary Lutheran church at Kimberly.

    Survivors are his wife, the former Frances Sanders to whom he was married in 1927; one daughter, Mrs. (Living) of Kimberly; one foster daughter, (Living) of New York; one granddaughter; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Vande Voort of Wrightstown and Mrs. Ethel Dashner of West De Pere, and a half-brother, Roy Burt of Menasha.

    Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Ryan Funeral Home. Burial was in South Lawrence Cemetery.
