The family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to the Staff of Ainsworth Hall at the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King for the care given to Anne.

An explanation of Anne's various names is necessary. Before she married Casey, she was Elizabeth or Liz to her family and friends. After Casey heard her name was Elizabeth, he called her Betty because that was the nickname for Elizabeth in his family. When Mom signed in at the Wisconsin Veteran’s Home at King, they used her discharge papers from the Navy where she was Anne Elizabeth. Owing to the fact that she had Alzheimer’s, she never corrected anyone calling her Anne. All the care people at King knew her as Anne.
