She is preceded in death by her husband Jack, son, Jim and granddaughter, Dawn Dittlinger. Mary is survived by her daughter Jackie Dittlinger (Tom); sisters, Betty Baeten and Carol Horn; brothers, Larry and Jim Van Boxtel; granddaughters, Julie Vrla (Chris) and Dana Klement (Cody); grandson, John Dittlinger (Amanda); eight great grand-children; daughter-in-law Judy Daniels; Judy's sons Jeremy and Joshua Gulley, and numerous nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Little Chute, Wisconsin, Mary spent the majority of her adult life in Dallas, Texas. She was a charter member of St. Monica Church, serving on many committees. Mary was also a member of Sparkman Community Club, the Dallas Compatriots, Sparkman bridge groups, plus several garden and book clubs. She loved to write and was awarded several trips, yet her greatest passion was her faith and family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father George Henninger on Monday, October 5, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Holy Family Chapel at St. Josephs Village 1205 E. Sandy Lake Rd., Coppell, Texas 75019. A Rosary will be recited before the service beginning at 10:30 AM. Entombment will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery in Dallas, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Holy Family Chapel at St. Joseph's Village, St. Monica School Endowment Fund or Ursuline Academy.

  • Note: Raymond P. "Ray" Mueller, Sr., age 94, of Chilton, died on Monday, April 16, 2012 at the Chilton Care Center in Chilton. He was born September 1, 1917 in Sherwood, son of the late Peter & Anna (Lettler) Mueller. He was united in marriage to Rita Kees on May 3, 1944 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in St. John. Raymond farmed for 52 years, worked at KayTee, Co-op, Rendering Plant, the Town of Chilton, Killsnake Cheese Factory, and cut grass for the Chilton Athletic Association. Raymond was formerly an active member of St. Joseph Society and the Holy Name Society at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Chilton, and was a current member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Chilton. He was also a member of the Catholic Knights Branch 148 for many years. Together with his wife, Rita, he volunteered at the Salvatorian Center in New Holstein, and was an active member of the Chilton Senior Citizens Club. Ray enjoyed playing Sheepshead, dancing, putting puzzles together and bean-bagging with his family and friends. Ray will always have a special place in the hearts of all of us and will be sadly missed by his wife, Rita; his children: Raymond (JoAnn) of Hilbert, Richard (Carol) of Oshkosh, Ann Marie (Bill) Juckem of Chilton, Theresa (Denis) Hostettler of Hilbert, Glenn (Mary Jean) of Chilton, Gail (Marvin) Thiel of Chilton, Carl (Edie) of Sheboygan, Karen (Mike) Peil of St. Augustine, FL, Connie (Tom) Daun of Chilton, Peter (Carol) of Green Bay; 30 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and sisters-in-law: Beatrice of Kaukauna, & Florence of Sherwood. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Raymond was preceded in death by his son: Ronald; a grandson: Timothy Thiel; his parents; his brothers: Emery Krause, Jacob, Edmond, Bernard, Louis (Angie), Peter (Rita), Hillary (Genevieve), & Frederick Mueller; his sisters: Gertrude Fahrbach, Margaret Kuepper, Erma (Peter) Koehler, Madeline (Arnold) Geiser, and Mary Ann (Philip) Nash. Funeral service will be at 11:30 AM on Monday, April 23, 2012 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church (54 E. Main St.) in Chilton with the Rev. Bob Kollath officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Mary Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call at the Wieting Family Funeral Home (411 W. Main St.) in Chilton from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday, April 22, 2012 and on Monday at the church from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM. A vigil service will be held Sunday evening at the funeral home at 7:30 PM.

    The family would like to thank the Calumet County Home Heath, Res Care, the Calumet County Hospice, the entire staff of the Chilton Care Center, St. Paul Elder Care Services, especially Kelly, Lisa Schabach, NP, Dr Shvygin, Dr. O'Brien, and Dr. Goggins for all of the loving care that was provided to Ray and his family.
