    Vander Bloomen, Lillamae M. (Van Duyse) Lillamae M. (Van Duyse) Vander Bloomen, 90, died early Tuesday morning, April 18, 2006, peacefully, at a local nursing home surrounded by her daughters. She was born Oct. 26, 1915, to the late Frank and Josephine (Vande List) Van Duyse. Lillimae married Carl Vander Bloomen Nov. 26, 1936, at St. Mary Catholic Church, De Pere, Wis. He preceded her in death Jan. 6, 2001. She enjoyed baking, embroidering, playing cards and following the Packers and Brewers. She was a lifetime member of the Christian Mothers and the Catholic Order of Foresters. Lillimae was a proud mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

    Survivors include her five daughters, Marilyn (Marlin) Ambrosius, De Pere; Dorothy (Dale) Schinke, De Pere; Bonnie (Roger) Lamers, Wrightstown; Susan Slater, De Pere; Linda (Ron) Watermolen, De Pere; 18 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by two sisters-in-law, Marie Vander Bloomen and Kathleen Vander Bloomen, De Pere; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

    She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl; her parents; four sisters, Margaret, Lucille, Stella and Mabel; two brothers, Edward and Norbert; and her son-in-law, Louis Raska.

    Friends may call at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Family, corner of Suburban Drive and Lourdes Avenue, De Pere, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Friday, April 21, 2006. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday with Father Tim Shillcox, O. Praem., and Deacon Michael Vander Bloomen officiating. Burial in Allouez Cemetery.
