    Green, Elmer A. Elmer A. Green, 81, Wrightstown, passed away Monday, September 18, 2006, at a local nursing home. He was born October 15, 1924, in Appleton, WI, son of the late Emil and Pauline (Meulemans) Green. He married Lorraine Ambrosius in 1946, and she preceded him in death in 1962. Elmer later married Helen Albers on February 5, 1972. He loved farming, and had farmed all his life in the Wrightstown area. Elmer was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Wrightstown.

    Survivors include his wife, Helen; four children: Evelyn (Dick) Van Dyke, Kaukauna; Joan (Stephen) Demerath, Green Bay; Dave (Lynn) Green, Kaukauna; and Mike Green, De Pere; nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; one sister, Helen Ambrosius, Green Bay; one brother, Orville Green, King, WI; and numerous nieces and nephews.

    Elmer was preceded in death by his parents; first wife; a son, Dennis; a sister, Dorothy; and a brother, Gerald.

    Family and friends may call Thursday, September 21, 2006, from 10 a.m. until the hour of Mass at St. Paul Catholic Church in Wrightstown. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 p.m. on Thursday at church, with Msgr. John H. Schuh officiating. Interment will be in St. Paul Catholic Church Cemetery.     Ambrosius, Helen C. Helen C. Ambrosius, 77, De Pere, passed away early Sunday morning, November 18, 2007, after a lengthy illness. She was born March 1, 1930, in Freedom, to the late Emil and Pauline (Meulemans) Green. On August 26, 1951, she married Donald Ambrosius at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Freedom. Donald preceded her in death in 1996. Helen enjoyed gardening, shopping and going out to eat. She especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

    She is survived by her children; Gary and Marsha Ambrosius, Abrams; Ronnie Ambrosius, Green Bay; Rick and Debbie Ambrosius, Fremont; Kathy and Kevin Skenandore, Oneida; Joyce Laabs, Seymour; Ken Ambrosius and Carol, Alabama; Mark and Neda Ambrosius, Seymour; Sharon and Douglas Skenandore, De Pere; Vicki Roffers, Oneida; Joe Ambrosius, Seymour; Gail and Hank Aldrich, De Pere; Kristie Ambrosius, Green Bay; as well as 18 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Helen is further survived by her brother Orville Green, King; her brother-in-law; Gerald Smith, Freedom; and her sisters-in-law: Helen Green, De Pere; and Greta Green, Seymour.

    She was preceded in death by her husband Don, her son Terry, a granddaughter LeeAnn Skenandore, her brothers: Elmer Green and Gerald "Bud" Green, as well as her sister Dorothy Smith.

    Friends may call from 4 - 8 p.m. Tuesday (TODAY) at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Family, corner of Lourdes Ave. and Suburban Drive De Pere.     Donna June Van Oudenhoven Neenah

    Age 68, went home Sunday, January 26, 2003, surrounded by her family whom she adored at Theda Clark Medical Center. She was born June 24, 1934 in Iron Mountain, Michigan, daughter of Clifford and Nellie [Ewere] Rose. Donna married Marvin VanOudenhoven, January 22, 1966, in Menasha, and he preceded her in death June 12, 1999. Donna was an avid Packer fan and enjoyed spending most of her spare time with her family and friends. She will be remembered for the love she poured out to her family and thousands of others that crossed her path.

    Donna is survived by her children, Raymond [Susan] Rabiego, Janet [Mark] Kirsling, and their children, Hope Marie and Conner; Kathy [Keith] Pankratz, and their children, Tonya and Brandon; Mary [Steven] Nicholson, all of Neenah; LTC Roger [Mary] Rabiego, and their children, Zachary, Cody and Benjamin, all of Washington D.C.; Barbara [Craig] Anvelink, and their children, Heather, Spencer, Shelby and Josh, all of Neenah; brothers and sisters, Vernon [Fern] Rose, Beverly Hanson, Darryl [Charlotte] Rose, Jerry Rose; Richard [Linda] Rose; Marlene Towns; and Larry Rose; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

    Donna was also preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Clifford; brothers in-law, Clyde Towns and Morris Hanson; and sister in-law, Joan Rose.

    Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, January 29, 2003, at Faith United Methodist Church, Neenah with Rev. Tim Vandenlangenberg officiating. Interment will be in St. Margaret Cemetery, Neenah. Friends may call at the church at 3 p.m. Wednesday until the time of service. A memorial has been established.

    Dorn, Eugene W.


    Eugene W. Dorn, 92, Appleton, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2009, at Fox River Assisted Living. He was born in the Town of Ellington on February 16, 1917, to the late Daniel and Charlotte (Ullman) Dorn. He married Dorothy Coenen on April 30, 1941. They farmed in the Grand Chute area for over 40 years. Eugene volunteered his time for 25 years at St. Joe's Food Pantry and St. Vincent DePaul. He loved to go fishing with the grandkids. Eugene was known for his huge weed-free vegetable garden along with his beautiful flower gardens.

    Eugene is survived by his wife, Dorothy; two sons, Eugene (Kathy) Dorn, Appleton and their children Scott Dorn and Steven (Amy) Dorn, and Kenneth (Jillene) Dorn, Shiocton, and their children Travis (Thi) Dorn, Shane (Paula) Dorn, and Dr. Clint Dorn; granddaughter, Jane Maroszek; grandson, David Maroszek; four great-grandchildren, Jaden, Kiley, Isabel and Alexis; brothers, Donald (Mary Lou) Dorn, Appleton; Lawrence (Billie Jean) Dorn, Menasha; and Jerome (Marilyn) Dorn, Dale; sisters, Eunice Brockman, Freedom; Beatrice (Gene) Otto, Appleton; Florence (Harold) Woldt, Neenah; Rosella Earnst, Madison; Charolette Koerner, Appleton; and Pat (Eric) Jack, Hortonville. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.

    He was preceded in death by, daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Jerry Maroszek; sister, Esthermae Krull and brothers, Edwin Dorn and Daniel Dorn.

    Funeral services for Eugene will be at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at St. Pius X Catholic Church (500 W. Marquette St.) Appleton, with Rev. Thomas Farrell officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday at the church. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.

    The family would like to say thank you to the staff of Fox River Assisted Living for the exceptional care, compassion and friendship they gave Eugene and his family.
