    Age 96, died at 9:55 a.m. Thursday, March 20, 1997, the daughter of the late Henry and Delia Ebben. She was born on January 11, 1901 in DePere. She was a member of St. JohnlI Catholic Church and the Catholic Knights. Survivors include two
    sons: Robert Jansen, Kimberly; Clifford and Marion Jansen, Kimberly; a son-in-law, James and Grace Hartjes, Little Chute; 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and two great-greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nick; a
    daughter, Florence (Jansen) Hartjes; and a daughter-in-Iaw, Virginia Jansen. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 22, 1997 from St. John Catholic Church, Little Chute with the Rev. Dave Ruby officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
    Friends may call at the church from 9 a.m. Saturday until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established. Verkuilen Funeral Home, Little Chute, is assisting the family with arrangements.

  • Note: Gregory Jansen, of Kimberly, age 64, passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Appleton Medical Center. He was born on October 27, 1947, in Appleton, the son of the late Robert and Virginia (Litcher) Jansen. On June 3, 1983, he married Mary (Wyngaard) Domingos at Holy Name Catholic Church in Kimberly. Greg was employed at Fox River Paper - Neenah Paper for 42 years, and retired in November of 2009. He was a union steward for many years. Greg enjoyed hunting and fishing with his three sons, traveling with Mary, and watching the children play sports. His family meant the world to him! He loved spending time with his family and friends.

    Greg is survived by his loving wife: Mary Jansen; three sons: Dean (Lisa) Domingos, Dan Domingos, and Randy (Emily) Jansen; three grandchildren: Danielle, Joelle, and Derek Domingos; two sisters: Crystal (Steve) Campbell and Karen (Tim) Jansen; uncle: Gordy (Ramona) Van Asten and two aunts: Grace (the late Jim) Hartjes and Marianne (the late Cliff) Jansen. He is further survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Greg was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary (nee Beyer) Jansen and a nephew, Donovan Campbell.

    The funeral service for Greg will be held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, July 22, 2012 at Wichmann Funeral Home, Tri-County Chapel. The family will receive relatives and friends from 1:00 pm until the time of service.

    Jansen, Clifford A.
    Clifford A. Jansen, Kimberly, age 76, entered eternal rest on Sunday, September 21, 2008, at Parkside Care Center. Cliff was born in Little Chute on September 20, 1932, to the late Nicholas and Clara (Ebben) Jansen. On September 3, 1955, he married Marian Jarosz at St. Edward's Parish, Racine. Clifford proudly served his country in the Navy and was a member of the William Verhagen American Legion Post 60. He was a Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus Council 4489, a past state deputy and former master. Cliff served for 22 years on the Board of Directors for Capital Credit Union. He was a member of the Heart of the Valley Senior Service Club and active with the AFS (Foreign Exchange Student Program). Cliff was a member of St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church where he sang with the Good News Choir. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and working in his wood shop at home. He enjoyed golfing, baking and was particularly known for his famous carrot cake. Cliff and Marian also spent their free time traveling, playing cards, and dancing — especially the jitterbug.
    Cliff is survived by his wife of 53 years, Marian; four children: Cheryl (Rick) Hermus, Kimberly; Lynn Schuh, Blaine, MN; Jeff (Cindy) Jansen, Seymour; and Kurt (Liz) Jansen, Voorhees, NJ; six grandchildren: Melissa (Sal) Impellitteri, Meghan, Renae and Blake Jansen, Kacie Hermus and Elise Jansen; and a sister-in-law: Grace Hartjes. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
    In addition to his parents, Cliff was preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law: Robert and Virginia Jansen; and his sister and brother-in-law, Florence & Jim Hartjes.
    Visitation will be held Thursday, September 25, 2008, at 1 p.m. until the time of Mass at 5 p.m. at ST. JOHN NEPOMUCENE CATHOLIC CHURCH (323 S. Pine St. Little Chute). The Rev. James Hablewitz will officiate. Military rites performed by the William Verhagen American Legion Post 60 will immediately follow. Committal St. John Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
    The Jansen family would like to extend their gratitude to the caregivers at Parkside Care Center and Dr. Monk Elmer and his staff for the care given to Cliff.
