    Age 72, passed away Tuesday afternoon after a lingering illness. He was born January 8, 1901 in Appleton. He was a self-employed truck driver. He is survived by his wife Mary; three sons, Lawrence and Clarence of Appleton and Edward of Kimberly; four sisters, Sister M. Irene, Elm Grove, Wisconsin, Mrs. Ervin (Hazel) Meidam, Clintonville, Mrs. Orrin (Mina) Hendricks, of Appleton, and mRs. Edwin (Ruth) Helms of Menasha; twenty-six grandchildren and fourteen great grand-children. He was preceded in death by two brothers, and two sisters. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Friends may call at the Brettschnedier-Trettin Funeral Home after 3:00 p.m. Thursday and then on Friday until the time of services. A prayer service will be held Thursday evening at the funeral home.

She was born January 8, 1963, in Appleton, daughter of Edward and Lillian (Van Asten) Van Heuklon. She married James Greely on March 19, 1989, in Appleton. She was employed at Anchor Foods, Appleton, and later at Integrated Imaging, also in Appleton. She will be missed by her husband and children, Shannon and Michael and his friend, Rachel. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Jim (Marge) Van Heuklon, Kaukauna; JoAnn (Bill) Schuman, Brillion; Judy (Norm) Ott, Darboy; John (Doris) Van Heuklon, Kaukauna; Joyce Smith and friend, Jim Vandenberg, Appleton; Jeanie (Clayton) Verhagen, Dave Van Heuklon, Rich Van Heuklon, all of Little Chute; Gary Van Heuklon, Kaukauna; Laurie Van Heuklon and friend, Rollie Nollenberg, Appleton; and Ken (Nancy) Van Heuklon, Brillion; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Margaret and James Greely Sr., Crandon; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Steven (Rachel) Greely, Kimberly; Scott Greely, Vancouver, Washington; Cindy (Dale) Blajeski, Bonduel; Melissa (Chad) Blair, Appleton; Vicki Greely, Crandon. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Lillian Van Heuklon; brother, Jerry; sister-in-law, Mary Van Heuklon. Funeral services will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, October 26, 2000, at St. John's Catholic Church, Little Chute, with the Rev. John Schutze officiating. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery.     Terry S. VandenBerg, 48, De Pere, died unexpectedly Saturday, October 3, 2009, at a Green Bay hospital, surrounded by her family. She was born February 3, 1961, to Muriel (Gipp) and the late Ralph Klein, and was a 1979 graduate of Pulaski High School. On April 14, 1984, she married Dennis D. VandenBerg in Seymour. The couple had lived in the Green Bay area all of their married life.

    Terry was employed with Wal-Mart of De Pere, where she was surrounded by many wonderful friends. She enjoyed craft work, especially crocheting, knitting, and counted cross-stitch. Terry had an enormous collection of Kewpie dolls, and also collected many other types of dolls. She had patience for everybody and everything.

    In addition to her husband she is survived by the couple's four children, Ryan VandenBerg, Chris (special friend, Stephanie Daanen) VandenBerg, Robin VandenBerg, and Shawn VandenBerg, all of De Pere; her mother, Muriel Klein, Pulaski; her mother-in-law, Shirley VandenBerg, Seymour; four brothers, Marshall (Anne) Klein, Pulaski, Kelly Klein (special friend, Julie Mulder), Green Bay, Randy Klein and Gary Klein, both of Pulaski; one sister, Debbie (Tom) Melonja, Pulaski; nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Klein; and her father-in-law, Don VandenBerg.

    Friends may call at Marnocha Funeral Home, Pulaski from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. The visitation continues after 10 a.m. Thursday at Angelica United Methodist Church. The Funeral Service will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday, Pastor Loretta Waegli officiating, with burial in Elm Grove Cemetery, Laney.
