- Note: Ervin H. Vandermause, 94, Luxemburg. Loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away peacefully on May 7, 2017. Ervin was born November 17, 1922 to the late August and Ida (Depas) Vandermause in Rosiere, Wisconsin. He graduated from Green Bay East High School in 1939.
Ervin married Shirley Joniaux on July 10, 1946 at St. Odile's Catholic Church in Thiry Daems. Together they farmed in Casco and raised 7 children. Ervin also worked at Kewaunee Engineering and eventually National Can Co. in Green Bay, retiring in 1984 as head mechanic. His hobbies included wood working, "Mr. Fix It", farming, gardening and enjoying his family, not to mention his love for the Green Bay Packers. Ervin was a very religious man, a lifetime parishioner of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Casco.
Ervin is survived by his wife of almost 71 years, Shirley. Daughter, Christine (Ywain) Waldow; grandson, Scott (Dawn) Waldow; great-grandchildren Ethan and Emily; and granddaughter, Tammy (Bill) Bredael. Daughter, Kathy (Dennis) Spitzer; grandson, Jamie (Kelli) Spitzer; great-granddaughters, Alli and Chloie; granddaughter, Andrea (Jason Patza), great-granddaughter Natalie, great-grandson Jacob; granddaughter Sarah (Jason Bovee); great-grandsons, Roman and Blake; great-granddaughters Isla and Esme. Daughter, Marci (Dan) Seiler; granddaughter, Lori Seiler; granddaughter Jacki (Josh Levitas); great-grandchildren, Lilly Levitas and Daven Levitas, grandson, Steven Seiler (Cherity); great-grandson, Dylan Seiler. Son, Chuck (Jane Kustka) Vandermause; granddaughter Robin (Steve) Frei; great-grandchildren, Ellie, Gwen and Tommy Frei; grandson, Matthew (Jessica); great-grandchildren, Isabella, Leo, Claira, Henry and Charlie; grandson, William (Angela); great-grandchildren, Emma, Inara and Elias. Son, Tom Vandermause; granddaughter Mary (John) Fisher; great-granddaughter, Alicia; grandson, Paul Triviski; great-grandchildren, Matthew, Martina and Elle; grandson, Will Triviski; great-grandchildren, Maddy, Sierra, and Ava; granddaughter, Theresa (Bernie) Jacobson; great-granddaughter, Katlyn. Daughter, Pat (Perry) Dalebroux; grandchildren, Megan (Mike Spoon) and Lauren (Logan Brusky). Ervin is also survived by his sisters, Erna (Wallace) Vandenhouten and Joan Sacotte; brother-in-law, Laurel (Sandy) Joniaux; sisters-in-law, Annette Joniaux and Jody (Larry) Vandertie; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Ervin is preceded in death by his parents, August and Ida Vandermause, in-laws, Edward and Blanche Joniaux; daughter-in-law, Maria Vandermause; brothers and sisters, Ethel (Norman) Wautier, Orville (Flo) Vandermause, Richard (Gloria) Vandermause, Pearl (Melvin) DeJardin; brothers-in-law, Ron Joniaux, Ken Landwehr, Francis Sacotte, Ray (Fern) Bouche; grandchildren, Nicholas Vandermause and Jonathan Wautlet; and great-granddaughter, Madison Frei.
Visitation will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Luxemburg on Thursday, May 11, 2017 from 9:30-10:45 AM. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM with Fr. Milton Suess officiating. Shirley married Ervin Vandermause on July 10, 1946 at St. Odile's Catholic Church in Thiry Daems. Together they farmed in Casco and raised 7 children. Shirley enjoyed farming, sewing, gardening and bird watching. She loved to babysit for her many grandchildren. Shirley was a very religious woman, who was devoted to Mary and the Rosary. She was a lifetime parishioner of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Casco.

Kodye Michael Fassbender

- Birth: Kodye Michael Fassbender was born on December 10, 2000 in Appleton, Outagamie Co, Wisconsin.
- Death: He died on May 7, 2017, at age 16.
- Note: Kodye Michael Fassbender, age 16 of Grand Chute, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2017 as a result of suicide. Our home is now void of Kodye's smiling face and quick witted personality. The world is now a bit dimmer. Kodye will forever be remembered for his avid love of the outdoors, his passion for Wounded Warriors and Mission 22 organizations and his willingness to always help a friend or a fellow classmate. Kodye had quite an impact on all those who knew him. He was a proud American and respected our country with a zeal not found in most teenagers.

Kodye was born on December 10, 2000 in Appleton, Wisconsin. He was currently a sophomore at Appleton North High School. He is survived by: his parents, Mike and Lisa Fassbender and his sister Nycole Fassbender, grandparents; Ruth Heenan, Larry Fassbender and Margene Fassbender, aunts, uncles and cousins; Michelle and Brian Niemuth, Scott and Daureen Heenan and their children Trent and Chelsey, Terry and Mary Heenan and their children, Tanner (Jen) Kleist, Madelyn, Kolton and Danielle Heenan, Tammy and Joe Nennig and their children Joe, Jr., Amanda (Jesse) Young, Andrew (Amanda) Nennig and Lacye Jo (Adam) Althaus, Randy Heenan and his children Justin and Brooke Heenan, Shelby (fiancé Shane Van Straten ) Draheim.
Kodye is further survived by special friends Larry Marmes, Brian and Leah Desens and their children Jack, Sam and Emma.
He is also survived by many other extended family members and some really great friends.
Kodye was preceded in death by his beloved G-Pa Tom Heenan, uncles; Tony and Daniel Heenan, great-grandparents; Ervin and Lavaughn (Oatman) Anderson, James and Mildren Heenan, Elmer Fassbender, Kenneth and Margaret Surprise, great uncles, Larry Griesbach, Tom Fassbender and Rick Trittin, great aunts, Ruth Flannery and Carol Fassbender.
Visitation for Kodye will be on Thursday, May 11, 2017 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Wichmann Funeral Homes, Superior Street location and on Friday, May 12, 2017 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm at The Mission Church, 314 N. Appleton Street in Appleton. Funeral Services for Kodye will be on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 4:00pm at The Mission Church with Rev. Dan Hintz officiating. In lieu of flowers, a memorial scholarship is being established at Appleton North High School to aid an upcoming graduate to pursue a career in the mental health field.

- Birth: Patricia Mary Ann Hando was born on September 11, 1940 in Appleton, Outagamie Co, Wisconsin.
- Death: She died on May 5, 2017, at age 76.
- Note: Patricia Mary Ann (Hando) Nelson, Appleton, born into eternal life May 5th 2017, after a lingering illness of COPD, with her family by her side. Patricia was born in Appleton, September 11th, 1940 daughter of the late Donald and Lorraine (Egan) Hando.
Patricia started her employment at Prange-Way and later retired from Mills Fleet Farm in 2007 where she made many friends. Patricia enjoyed her final years playing the slot machines and enjoying good conversation with her Dick and Joans family, especially Sharon and Allie and of course Pat! "It's hot dogs for you now my friend". Most memorable were her many overnight trips to the Casino with her daughter Lisa. Patricia was always the lucky one on those!
Patricia is survived by her children: Lisa (Bob) Much, Dale, and Scott (Terry) Nelson, Neenah; three sisters, Sharon (Dan) Murton, Waupaca, Deborah (Al) Krause, Appleton, and Gail (Judge Gary) Sharpe, Fond Du Lac. Patricia is further survived by one granddaughter Amanda Nelson, Colorado, many nieces and nephews; and special friends: Susan (Moms Angel), Sharon Plamann, Marlin, Angie, Emma and Tianah. Patricia was further preceded in death by her brother Dick Hando.
In keeping with Patricia's wishes, a private family service will be held.
