years of ministry to the elderly. She received her bachelor’s degree in education
from Mount Mary College in Milwaukee. Sister Jean is a member of the
Notre Dame of Elm Grove community in Elm Grove, Wisconsin, where she
continues to minister through her prayer and presence.
There have been blessings of these years — especially the wonderful
friendships. I am so grateful for the people who have blessed my life in
so many ways! I’m thankful for the love and the spiritual guidance that
    I’ve had in my life.
An important element for my spiritual journey has taken form
in path imagery. I have collected pictures of paths through the years
and have displayed some favorites in my room. I use them in my daily
prayer, asking Jesus what path I should take this day. I know that Jesus
is with my on any path I take. Jesus says: “I’ll be there for you.”
The wisdom that I’ve learned is not to talk too much and to keep life
    simple and loving.
