  • Note: Sister Alice Ann Becker, age 73, of Kaukauna, peacefully returned home on Monday, October 30, 2006. She was born January 6, 1933, in Appleton, WI, the daughter of August and LaVerne (Martin) Becker. Sister Alice was a member of the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity in Manitowoc, WI, and later transferred to A New Genesis Community in the 1980’s. During her career, Sister Alice taught in West Virginia, Nebraska, and in many locations throughout Wisconsin. After retiring from teaching, she became involved in health care and managed two assisted living centers, Madonna House in Appleton and Garrow Villa in Brillion. During her spare time, Sister Alice enjoyed reading, counted-cross stitch, traveling, and playing scrabble with her friends. Sister Alice was a loyal and active member of Holy Family Parish in Brillion, WI. Sister Alice is loved and will be missed by her sister, Patricia Noack; brothers, August (Ann) Becker, Jr., Earle Becker, Sr.; and Carl (Jenny) Becker; fifteen nieces; nine nephews; numerous great nieces and nephews; dear friend, Linda Crane; and members of her religious community: A New Genesis. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Robert Becker, Sr.; sister-in-law, Patricia Becker; and brother-in-law, Erv Noack. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, November 10, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Family Parish in Brillion with Rev. Matt Simonar officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday, November 10, 2006 from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the Mass at 11:00 A.M. Sister will be laid to rest at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Eden, WI.   • Note: Nick B. Joski, 97, of Bellevue, went home to the Lord on June 15, 2010. He was born on October 1, 1912 to the late Peter and Mary (Machkowski) Joski. On October 28, 1933 he married Anna Danielski. Nick was a faith filled man and helped serve Mass daily. He sang in the choir at St. Bernard Catholic Church. Nick enjoyed traveling and drove until he was 95 years old. Sharing their home in Florida with family and friends brought great joy. Most of all he loved his family and was always there for them. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert (Sandra) Joski, Green Bay; John (Patricia) Joski, Kewaunee; four daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ann (Cal) DeBaker, Luxemburg; Donna (John) Deprey, Green Bay; Barbara Lax, New Castle, Wyo; Rose (Ron) Piontek, Denmark; 32 grandchildren; 61 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren; one brother, Chester Joski; 4 sisters-in-law, Sylvia Joski, Rita Joski, Luella Danielski, and Alice Danielski; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna; son-in-law, Norbert Lax; seven brothers, Harry (Hattie) Joski, Isadore (Margaret) Joski, Walter (Bertha) Joski, Edward (Roberta) Joski, Ray (Lois) Joski, and Richard (Barbara) Joski; five sisters, Ceilia (Ed) Ponka, Agnes (Harvey) Van Pay, Marcella (William) Knapp, Dolores (Norbert) Theissen, and Genevieve (Ed) Dolan; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Quirin (Margaret) Danielski, Clem (Luella) Danielski, Gordon (Gertrude) Danielski, and Wilbur Danielski. Friends may call at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 3425 Willow Rd. from 9-11am Saturday. Mass of Christian Burial 11am at the church with the Rev. Ron Belitz and Rev.     Our sweet Mom, Marcella (Marcie) Hayden, was born to eternal life this Sunday, December 27, 2015. Marcella was born on October 18, 1926 in Green Bay, WI to the late John and Emma (Sonnenwald) Tomcheck. She graduated from Nicolet High School, class of '44 in West DePere, WI. She was united in marriage to Austin A. Hayden on October 11, 1952 at Grace Lutheran Church in Green Bay, WI. Mom passed away peacefully at her Woodlands Creek Assisted Living Home in Clive, IA, after battling Parkinson's Disease. She worked as a Traffic & Office Manager at WTAQ Radio-WBAY in Green Bay, WI for 37 years. Mom had a lifetime love for NFL football and watching her beloved Green Bay Packers. When she moved to Iowa she became a big fan of Iowa and Wisconsin college football and soccer. She also enjoyed gardening, bingo and being with people. Her fondest memories were her wedding day and the birth of her grandchildren. Marcella is survived by her children, Kathy (Dale) Mangum, Brea, CA and Michael (Colette) Hayden, West Des Moines, IA; three beautiful grandchildren, Allison Hayden, Kansas City, MO; Austin Hayden, West Des Moines, IA, and Hayden Mangum, Brea, CA. She is also survived by her sisters, Marion (Bernard) Rasmussen, Nancy (Alton) Georgia, all of Green Bay, WI; sisters-in-law Bernice Tomcheck and Sally Tomcheck of Green Bay and many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Austin, sisters Mabel Vetting, Helen and Esther Tomcheck, Edna Gallagher; brothers Clarence, Harold, Elmer, Frank, Tracy and Robert Tomcheck; brothers-in-law Chuck Gallagher, Herbert Vetting, Kenneth Geurts, Gordon Kunstman, Bennie Piontek, Carl Smiths, Elmer, Lloyd , Frank, and Donald Hayden; sisters-in-law Kay and Patricia Tomcheck, Vi and Gretchen Hayden, Evelyn Scanlan, Eleanor Smits, Marion Piontek, Dorothy Kunstman, Beulah Kemnitz, Arlene Danielsen; nieces Cathy Niespodzany and Theresa Tomcheck; nephew Steve Tomcheck and special friends Mary Ann Patterson and Doris Bergsbaken.

    Her wishes were to be laid to rest beside her loving husband of 45 years, Austin (Shorty) which will take place next summer in Green Bay, WI.

    Maria De Jesus Cabello Adame De Parker, age 54, of Appleton, went to meet her Lord, unexpectedly due to an aneurysm, Saturday morning, February 26, 2005. She was born November 17, 1950, to the late Agustin Cabello and Socorro Adame, in Nieves Zacatecas, Mexico. She was joined in matrimony on November 21, 1980 to Gregory C. Parker. Maria always treated everyone as equals. She was a translator in the area for many years. She also loved cooking and opened Maria??(TM)s Cocina, but her favorite job was being a mother and housekeeper. She is survived by husband Greg; her children, Erika (Jeremy) Turrubiates, and their children, Nico and Ria; Alexander (Dana) and their children, Lexus and Alexander; Ruben (Kelly) and their daughter, Lauren and an expected baby; Jacob (Erika) and their children, Angelita and Elena; special nephews, Hugo (Irais) and Andres (Mago); a special niece, Maricela Garza; 9 brothers and sisters, Roberto (Graciela), Enrique (Blanca), Jesus (Elisa), Juan Francisco (Yolanda), Angelina (Issac), Luisa, Josefina, Teresa (Jesus), Carolina (Ismael); her mother-in-law, Doris Parker; brothers-in-law, Scott (Lolita), Jim (Nancy), Joel (Jana), Jon; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Azucena Parker and her father-in-law, John “Jack” Parker. Funeral services for Maria will be held at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, March 2, 2005, at the funeral home, with Pastor Miquel Mazariegos officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 pm, Wednesday, until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.

    She will be truly missed. Ya no sufras mas mi amor descansa en paz y vaya con Dios mi reyna..

    Maria continues her charitable work through her organ donation.
