In another deed the belongings of Adrian Corsten are divided. In again another deed they appear together with 81 inhabitants of the town in a case against Jan Ooms from Aalst (a village near Eindhoven).

    RA Schijndel 144, f. 50v, 22 november 1697: Inventory of Meriken Jan Herberts, who was married to Dirck Corstiaens and who is going o marry Joostie (When a second marriage was planned after the dead of the mother, they had to make an inventory for the benefit of the children)..
    On 27 januari 1714 he rents a piece of land from Jan Corsten van Heeswijk and hischildren (Schijndel RA 195, f.7).
    In Schijndel RA 197, f.6v the purchase of a piece of land by Dirk Corstiaens on 9 may 1716.
    His legacy for the benefit of his children is written down on the 3-8-1722.
    There is however a disagreement between the children and the widow over this legacy very shortly after the burial. They go to the townhall in order to settle the agreement.
    When we read the deed of 25 februari 1713 we see that Dirk is atleast for 1 year "armmeester"(He had to look after the poor in the village: he makes a statement on behalf of the children of Hendrik Willem Gijsberts en Cornelis Huijberts van Gemert.

  • Note: From the heritage of his father in law he gets on 4-7-1738 a field in Schijndel. (RA Schijndel 154, f. 241). He alsoo gets 20 oak trees that are stil on the land of his brother in law which he has to take down before 1750. In this way these trees have stil time to grow for the next 12 years with enlarges the yield.
    On 30 april 1764 the belongings that were in the possession of Goyaert Teunis Goyaers and Jenneke Dirk van Heeswijck, are sold. In this deed familyrelations are mentioned: Johannes Jansse van Heeswijck, living in Amsterdam, his brother Willem Jansse van Heeswijck, Maria Janse van Heeswijck, widow of Jan Gerit van Zeelant en Jenneke Jansse van Heeswijck, married to Jan Willems van den Oetelaar, all heirs to the deceased Goyaert and Jenneke, husband and wife who lived and died in Schijndel. (RA 209, f.125).

  • Note: On 10 augustus 1722 he sells a field to the children of Peeter Goyart Tonisse for F.90, . (RAS RA 375).
    On 4 juli 1738 he is with his familymembers Goyaert Teunis Goyaerts and Adriaan Huijg Hubens to make arrangements about the inheritance of his parents. He gets a burned down yard with garden and orchard and the fields surrounding it, including 20 oak trees, those trees are to be left standing for the next 12 years until 1750. (RA Schijndel 154, f. 241).
    On 17 december 1738 he sells to Martinus Aerts van Vechel a field, not included the trees that surround it. He had got this all on 4 july 1738. Not included in this selling are the fruittrees that he wants to keep for himself.
