- Note: Rosalie F. Liska, 87, Crivitz, died Thursday, March 17, 2016, at her home. She was born on May 5, 1928 in De Pere to Henry and Winifred (Calaway) Secor.
Rosalie graduated from St. Boniface Grade School and West De Pere High School. On December 27, 1951, she married Richard J. Liska at St. Boniface Catholic Church in De Pere. She worked at Schwager Drug Store. Rosalie was a longtime active member of St. Patrick Parish where she sang in the choir, worked funeral lunches, and was a Eucharistic Minister. After Fairmont Dairy closed, they moved to Kewaskum. Upon their retirement, Rosalie and Richard moved to the Thunder Lake area where she was a member of St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church, Crooked Lake.
She is survived by her children and their spouses: Joann Liska and her husband Clyde Wincentsen, Crivitz; Robert and Shelly Liska, Anston; James and Kathy Liska, Crivitz; Joseph and Donna Liska, Green Bay; Rita and Mark Schoblocher, Peshtigo; Rose Liska, Crivitz; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Joe (Judy) Secor, Hank (Mary) Secor; a sister, June (Ralph) Wilcox; sisters-in-law, Lucille Secor, Marie Secor, Marie Buth, Elsie Liska; and many nieces and nephews.
Rosalie was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, in 2011; a son, Rick Liska; two granddaughters, Amanda and Sara; three brothers, Harold, George, and Walter "Chubby" Secor; three sisters, Anna Marie Secor, Ruth (George) Koltz, Elizabeth (Lowell) VanStraten; a brother-in-law, Norbert Liska; and two sisters-in-law, Beatrice (Leroy) Verdegan and Marlene Secor.
Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., Green Bay, from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday. A Parish Wake will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday. Friends may also call at St. Mary's of the Lake Catholic Church - Crooked Lake Chapel, 15478 Whispering Pines, Crooked Lake, WI, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday. - Burial: He was buried in Shrine of Good Shepherd, Green Bay, Wisconsin.
- Note: Ralph Thomas Wilcox Sr. 88, Pulaski, passed away Wednesday morning, August 31, 2016, with his family at his side. The son of the late Joseph and Ida (Olson) Wilcox was born July 3, 1928, in De Pere. Ralph married the love of his life, June Secor, on September 25, 1948, at St. Boniface Church in De Pere. He worked for 30 years at the US Paper Mill in De Pere and was also a farmer all of his life. Ralph enjoyed polka dancing with his wife, June. He also enjoyed riding his 1965 Harley. The couple enjoyed traveling, and had visited many places in the United States. Ralph enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife of 67 years, June; eight children: Ralph Jr. (Marilyn), Pulaski, Roy (JoAnn), Pulaski, Ramona (Doug) Kornaus, Pulaski, Wayne (Joyce Yuma), Gillett, Roxann Zuleger (Guy Mathena), Suamico, Gordon (Karen), Pulaski, Peter (Sandi), Pulaski, and Rhonda (Donald) Matuszak, Pulaski; 22 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; and one son-in-law, James Wojkiewicz, Pulaski.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his father-in-law and mother-in-law; one daughter, Robin Wojkiewicz; one daughter-in-law, Mary Wilcox; and two grandsons: Jeremy and Aaron Zuleger.
Friends may call at Assumption B.V.M. Church, 119 E. Pulaski Street, Pulaski, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon Saturday. The Funeral Service will be celebrated at 12:00 noon at the church, Fr. Patrick Gawrylewski, O.F.M., presiding. Entombment will take place in Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
The family extends a special thanks to the entire staffs of Unity Hospice, Forest Glen Assisted Living, and Good Shepherd Nursing Home for their special care and support of our father.

Our mother Ruth went to meet her Lord and Savior on Tuesday evening, March 25, 2014. Ruth died peacefully from the effects of Lewy Body Disease. Ruth was born on April 26, 1933 in De Pere to Henry George Secor and Winifred Calaway. She married George J. Koltz on August 27, 1955. He preceded her in death on September 10, 1983.
Ruth was baptized and married at St. Boniface Church. Her faith in God was strong which was evident in her daily attendance of church until her illness would no longer allow and the faith foundation both she and George instilled in their children.
Ruth was a stay at home Mom who's first and most important job was to care for her husband and children. Before her illness, Ruth volunteered her time to the Christian Out Reach Program, singing in the church choir and visiting the sick in the nursing home.
Ruth was a great mother, grandma (AKA Grams, G-Ma and Grammy) and great grandmother.
She is survived by her 4 children: George (Diane) Koltz, Karen (Craig) Effertz, Lynn (Corny) Roemaat and Mike (Wendy)Koltz.
She is further survived by her 14 "Favorite" grandchildren: Andy (Sara) Koltz, Sarah (Tim) Ray, David (Niki) Koltz, Paul Koltz, Caleb (Angela) Koltz. Anna Marie (Shane) Falish , Ruth (James) Auten, Grace Koltz, Vicki (Jesse) Konkle, Eric Effertz, Phil (Sara) Roemaat, Laura (Jacob) Phillips, Heather (special friend Brennan Tahtinen) Koltz and Becky (special friend Stefan Chitko) Koltz.
Also surviving her are her great grandchildren: Alexus, Shaun, Alivia, Brayden, Clayton, Colin, Bennett, Samuel Cash and soon to be born Ellie Grace.
Ruth is survived by her and George's sisters, brothers and in-laws, Hank (Mary) Secor, Joe (Judi Becker) Secor, June (Ralph) Wilcox, Rosalie Liska, Lucille Secor, Marie Secor and Lowell Van Straten. Marien (Tom) Kiley, Ray (Kathy) Kiley, Dick (Rita) Koltz, Jim (Marianne) Koltz, and Lee (Jo) Mc Dermid. Many nieces, nephews and Godchildren also survive her and special friends.
Other than her husband George and parents, Ruth was proceeded in death by an infant son Joseph, brothers, sisters and in-laws: Harold, George, Anne Marie, Chub, Betty Van Straten, Marlene , Richard Liska, Judy Mc Dermid (whom she helped raise after the passing of George's mother Gertude), Dorothy Kiley, Frank and Nancy Koltz
Family and friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 North Tenth Street, De Pere from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday March 28, 2014. - Note: Robert V. Schumacher (Bob), age 42, of Appleton, passed away peacefully feeling the love and support of family and friends on August 8, 2016. Bob faced a 6.5-year challenge battling brain cancer.
He was born on October 18, 1973 to Charlie and Mary Ann (Dvorachek) Schumacher. He met Melissa (Stein) in 1996, and on July 8, 2000 they were married. In 2005 they celebrated the birth of their daughter Riley.
Bob graduated from Brillion High School and received an Associate's Degree from Fox Valley Technical College.
In his 42 years, Bob developed a fun and positive attitude that would carry him through unthinkable challenges. He enjoyed listening to live music, and especially loved some of Wisconsin's Rock Festivals. Bob was incredibly gifted and enjoyed woodworking, spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing, traveling, and being with Riley and Melissa. Bob worked at Munroe Studios, Bemis, ATS, Harnischfeger and Security Fence.
Bob is survived and will be missed by his wife: Melissa Schumacher; and his daughter: Riley. He is also survived by his parents Charlie and Mary Ann Schumacher; siblings: Don and Bev Schumacher, Dave and Julie Schumacher, Jim and Kay Schumacher, Judy and Bob Stebane, Bill and Greta Schumacher, Jane and Eric Lund and their families including God-daughters Melissa Lattomus and Emmi Schumacher. He was preceded in death by John and Marilyn Stein.
Our family would like to pass along special thanks to the medical team at UW Hospital, especially Dr. Baskaya, Dr. Howard, and Letty Geanon and the Neuro Team. Special thanks also to Melissa Orth and the staff at St. Paul Hospice for assisting Bob during the final days with us.
There will be a gathering to celebrate Bob's life from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 11. 2016, at Wichmann Funeral Home, Tri County Chapel, 1592 Oneida Street in Menasha.
The funeral service for Bob will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 12, 2016, at BETHANY EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 530 West Parkway Blvd. Appleton, with Rev. Mark Henke officiating. A time of visitation will be held at CHURCH from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will take place at Highland Memorial Park.
