    He was the dear father of Ronald (Karen Gotwalt) Reitz of Wauwatosa, Linda Reitz, Larry (Janice Covert) Reitz and Michael (Janet) Reitz, all of Hartford; dearest grandfather of Amelia Reitz of Maryland, Timothy (Jessica) Reitz of Slinger, Nicholas Reitz and Brandon Reitz, both of Hartford; dear brother of Margaret Lahn of Tomahawk, Dorothy Tank of Black Creek, Silva "Dollie" Bloedorn of Seymour, Norman (Dorothy) Reitz of Washington, Lois (Donald) Fries of Alabama and Barbara (Melvin) Barclay of Seymour.

    Also surviving are nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

    Don was preceded in death by his wife, Rita; his son, Allen; a grandson, Michael; his sisters, Myrtle and Adeline; and his brother, Aubert.

    Visitation will be Tuesday, Nov. 28, at the Berndt-Ledesma Fun-eral Home, Hartford, from 4 to 8 p.m., and on Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 255 W. Lincoln Ave., Hartford.

    The funeral service will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the church.

    Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, with a military graveside service under the auspices of Hartford VFW Post 8834

    Marshall was born June 9, 1976, in Green Bay, Wis. He attended Freedom schools, just outside of Appleton, until his freshman year of high school when his family moved to Princeton, where he would graduate from Princeton High School in 1995. Marshall strived to be an educated businessman: he held degrees in diesel equipment mechanics from Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton and in business administration from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay and Lakeland College in Sheboygan and held employment at Diesel Specialists of Green Bay, McCoy NationaLease, and Oneida Bingo and Casino.

    Marshall was preceded in death by his grandparents, Antone and Thressa Melchert and Leonard and Alvina Schoessow, as well as many other dear family members. He is survived by his parents, Gary and Patricia (Schoessow) Melchert; his siblings Waylon Melchert, Tressa (Scott) Verber, and Jackson (Kim) Melchert; and his niece, Ainsley Verber. He is also survived by his aunt, Carol Metoxen, and numerous other aunts and uncles, cousins, and family members and friends.

    Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Thursday, December 26, 2013 from 4 to 8 pm. Visitation will continue on Friday, December 27, 2013 at Oneida Assembly of God Church from 9:30 am until services at 11 am with Pastor Lonnie Johnson officiating. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery.

    OBITUARY

    Mrs. Martin Knoll, aged 56 years, died Tuesday forenoon at 11:00 o'clock, at her home on Lawe street after an illness of two weeks.

    Mary McCormick was born at Lowell, Mass., and came to Kaukauna with her parents when two months of age, thus spending practically all her life here. She was married to Martin Knoll, October 21, 1875, and was the mother of five children, two of whom are dead. Her husband and the following children survive: Patrick, Katherine and Fannie Knoll; also two brothers, Patrick McCormick, of Superior, and John McCormick of Mineral Point.

    The funeral services will be held from Holy Cross church Saturday morning at nine o'clock.
