Pat was born on March 14, 1941, in Menasha, daughter of John and Mary Ann (Gartzke) Sarnowski. On February 13, 1963, in Menasha, Patricia was united in marriage to Anthony R. "Tony" Blajeski II. She enjoyed camping, fishing, playing cribbage and rummy, and time spent with her grandchildren, friends, and on her computer. Pat was an avid gardener, who kept a meticulous flower garden. She was an excellent cook who enjoyed sharing her wares with those she knew. Patricia was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Neenah.

    In addition to her husband, Tony, Pat is further survived by her children: Anthony R. Blajeski III, Menasha, Tana (Scott) Dart, and Charlotte (special friend Brandon) Johnson, both of Neenah; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; a brother, John (Linda) Sarnowski, Neenah; 3 sisters: Mary (Al) Kronberg, Neenah, Judith Miskoviak, Menasha, and Sue (Norbert) Bodway, Waupaca; brothers- and sisters-in-law: Shirley Carter, Neenah, Thomas (Laurie Megee) Blajeski, Omro, and William Malmstrom; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

    Pat was preceded in death by her parents; mother-in-law, Regina (Bert) Malmstrom; father-in-law, Anton Blajeski; 2 daughters: Terrie Crosby and Donna Crosby-Tress; 3 grandchildren: Michael, Kaylanna, and Anthony; and a brother: Joseph Sarnowski.

    Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, June 25, 2012, at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 900 Geiger St., Neenah, with Fr. Larry Seidl officiating. Entombment will follow. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 24, 2012, at the Kessler Funeral Home, 304 S. Commercial St., Neenah, and again on Monday, at the church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of mass. A memorial fund has been established in Patricia's name.

  • Note: Anthony R. "Tony" Blajeski, 69, Neenah, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, July 9, 2012, at Theda Clark Medical Center to join his wife in Heaven. He was born November 7, 1942, in Neenah, son of Anthony and Regina (Dombrowski) Blajeski. Tony married Patricia A. Sarnowski February 13, 1963, in Menasha and she preceded him in death June 20, 2012. Tony enjoyed sun tanning, panning for gold, scuba diving, camping and fishing. He enjoyed spending time in his garage, keeping an immaculate lawn, and time spent with his grandchildren and friends. Tony was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Neenah.

    Tony is survived by his children: Anthony R. Blajeski III, Menasha, Tana (Scott) Dart and Charlotte (special friend Brandon) Johnson, both of Neenah; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Shirley Carter, Neenah; and two brothers: Thomas (Laurie Magee) Blajeski, Omro and William Malmstrom, Clear Water, FL; a brother-in-law, John (Linda) Sarnowski, Neenah; three sisters-in-law: Mary (Al) Kronberg, Neenah, Judith Miskoviak, Menasha and Sue(Norbert) Bodway, Waupaca; and friends: Cy and Donna Simons and Ty Ritchie.

    Tony was also preceded in death by his parents; two daughters: Terrie Crosby and Donna Crosby-Tress; three grandchildren: Michael, Kaylanna and Anthony his father- and mother-in-law, John and Mary Ann (Gartzke) Sarnowski, a step father, Bertil Malmstrom, and a brother-in-law, Joseph Sarnowski.

    Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 14, 2012, at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 900 Geiger Street, Neenah, with Fr. Richard Allen officiating. Entombment will follow. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 P.M. Friday at the Kessler Funeral Home and from 9:30 A.M. Saturday until the time of the mass. A memorial has been established in Tony's name.

    The family wishes to express a special thank you to all the hospital staff at Theda Clark Medical Center and the construction workers who assisted Anthony.
