    Chilton, Wis—(Special)—Rudolph Verweyst, of the town of Brothertown, passed away Wednesday at St. Agnes hospital in Fond du Lac where he was taken several days ago after he suffered a fractured hip in a fall at his home. Deceased was born April 24, 1868, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius Verweyst. On Sept, 12, 1892, he was married to Miss Anna Nisler. For 30 years the family lived in Theresa, Wis and for the past 15 years in the town of Brothertown. He was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters.
    Survivors are his widow; three children/ Mrs. A. W. Bell of Hayton, Mrs. August Reinl of the town of Brothertown, and Mrs. Arno Martin of New Holstein; one brother, Frank Verweyst of Stanley, Wis. and one sister, Mrs. Arnold Vande Hey of Stanley. Three sisters preceded him in death.
    Funeral services will be conducted Monday at the Pfeffer Funeral home of this city and at St. Charles Catholic church in Charlesburg, the Rev. Leo F. Binder, officiating. Interment will be in St. Charles cemetery.

    Funeral services for Mrs. Rudolph Verweyst, 87, will be held Monday at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Chilton and at St. Charles Church in Charlesburg. A former resident of Charlesburg, Mrs. Verweyst died early Thursday evening at St. Nicholas hospital.
    Born Feb 5, 1867, at Charlesburg, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Nisler, she attended parochial schools there and was married to Rudolph Verweyst at St. Michael's church on Sept 12, 1891. The couple made their home on a farm near Charlesburg, four miles south of Chilton. Since the death of her husband on Feb. 11, 1942, Mrs. Verweyst made her home with a daughter, Mrs. Arno Martin, at New Holstein. She was a member of St. Charles Church, Charlesburg, and the Christian Mothers society of the parish.
    Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Anna Boll, Hayton, and Mrs. Ann Martin, New Holstein; two sisters, Mrs. John Berch, Chilton, and Mrs. George Hoffman, St. John; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. One daughter, Mrs. August Reinl, died December 26, 1947. One brother and a sister also preceded her in death.
    The Rev. Francis Melchiors, pastor of St. Charles Church, will be the celebrant of the requiem high mass Monday morning. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Christ Casper, seventy-three years old, died at 1:10 this morning at his home at Johnsburg. He had been ill for the past four months. The funeral will be held at 10 o¹clock Wednesday morning at the Johnsburg Church and burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Besides his wife, Eva, Mr. Casper leaves four daughters, Mrs. Anton Vogds, St. Cloud, Mrs. Carl Freund, this city, Mrs. Peter Wilberscheid, Sheboygan, and Margaret, at home; six sons, Peter, Joseph and William, of Johnsburg, John and Matt, Marytown, and Tony, of Empire; twenty-seven grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Joseph Abler, Mt. Calvary; and two brothers, Nicholas, of Johnsburg, and Peter, of Marytown. Mr. Casper was born at Malone April 15, 1852 and had been a resident of Johnsburg all his life.     DEATH CLAIMS CHRIST CASPER. Resident of Johnsburg Expires Early This Morning After Long Illness. FUNERAL ON WEDNESDAY. Christ Casper, age 73 years, died at 1:10 a.m. today at his home in Johnsburg after four months illness. Born at Malone on April 15, 1852, he had resided at Johnsburg the greater part of his life. With Mrs. Eva Casper, who survives him, he celebrated his golden wedding anniversary on Oct. 28, 1924. Other relatives who survive are four daughters, Mrs. Anton Vogds of St. Cloud, Mrs. Carl Freund of this city, Mrs. Peter Wilberscheid of Sheboygan, and Miss Margaret Casper at home; six sons, Peter, Joseph and William of Johnsburg, John and Matt of Marytown, and Tony Casper of Empire; 27 grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Joe Abler of Mt. Calvary, and two brothers, Nick Casper of Johnsburg and Peter Casper of Marytown. Funeral services will be conducted at Johnsburg at 10 a.m. Wednesday.     Fond du Lac Daily Reporter, Wednesday, 8-19-25 pg. 14. CASPER - The funeral of Christ Casper, whose death occurred Monday at his home in Johnsburg, was held at 10 a.m. today at Johnsburg. Christian Casper was the son of Mathias and Anna Marie Schmitz Casper.

    Fond du Lac Commonwealth, Saturday, 8-22-1925. Christian Casper A large number of relatives and friends attended the funeral of Christ Casper, which was held Wednesday morning at the Johnsburg Church. The Rev. Fr. Toeller officiated and burial was in the adjoining cemetery. The bearers were two granadsons, Alex Miller and Frank Cooper, and four nephews, Gregory and William Abler, Gregory and Martin Casper. Many were present from this city and from about the county as well as the following from more distant points: Mrs. Ruplinger and daughter, Marie, and Gilbert Miller, of Milwaukee; Tony and Bonita Miller, of Sherwood; and Mr. and Mrs. Peter Wilberscheid, of Sheboygan. Mr. Casper died last Monday morning at his home at Johnsburg. Christian Casper was the son of Mathias and Anna Marie Schmitz Casper.
