business. He was employed at Trade Winds in Manawa and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Survived by his wife, Dee Dee; four children: Shannon, Joe, Katie and Tommie, all at home; 10 brothers: Mark Lowney, Gerry (Barb) Lowney, all of Manawa; Steve (Malia) Lowney, Royalton; Bill (Denise) Lowney, Brian (Alane) Lowney, Dan Lowney, all of Manawa; Rick (Rita) Lowney, Osceola; Jim Lowney, Oshkosh; Bob Lowney, Rockford, Illinois; Donn Lowney, Manawa; five sisters:
Kate Robley, Neenah; Mary Lowney, Manawa; JoAnn (paul) Schmidt, Waupaca; Terri Lowney, Shawn Lowney, both of Manawa; his mother, Lorraine Lowney, Manawa;
his mother-in-law and father-

June 16, 1993 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Manawa with Rev. Cyril Dickrell S.D.S officiating.
Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the
Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home, Manawa from 4 until 9 p.m. Tuesday and again Wednesday after
8 a.m. until the cortege leaves for the church. There will be a parish
prayer service at 8 p.m. Tuesday
at the funeral home.
