  • Death: He died on December 25, 2015, at age 79, in Green Bay, Brown Co, Wisconsin.
  • Note: Bill L. Trindal, age 79, of 2629 E. County Highway BB, Tisch Mills entered into eternal rest Friday December 25, 2015 at the Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay. Bill was born October 21, 1936 in Marshfield to the late William and Dorthia Thomas Trindal. He received his Associate Degree from Lakeshore Technical College. He married the former Sharon Daanen May 15, 1982 in Two Rivers. He was the manager at O.W. Trindal Feed Co., and was a salesman for a baking products company, he was a welder, and a charter bus driver. Bill belonged to the Arabian Horse Association and did computer scoring on both the regional and national levels. He served his country in both the United States Marines and United States Army.

    He is survived by his wife: Sharon of Tisch Mills, his former wife: Maria Trindal, of Manitowoc, two sons: William and Barb Trindal, of Kewaunee, Shawn (Jeanna) Trindal, of DePere, two step-sons: Bryan (Laurie) Trindal, of Colorado, Jeffery (Beth) Koch, of Winneconne, 15 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, two sisters: Sheila (Arthur) Yu, of New York, Cyndy Trindal, of Conneticut, one sister-in-law: Mary Ellen Meyer, of DePere. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one son Orin, one step-son, Greg, one grandson, Seth, one sister, Shelby, one brother-in-law, Ron Daanen.

    Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday December 30, 2015 at the Lambert-Eckert Funeral Home in Mishicot, with Pastor Brett LaChappelle officiating. Relatives and friends may call after 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home, until the time of service at 1:00 p.m.

  • Birth: Darleen H Thirion was born on February 4, 1931 in West DePere, Brown Co, Wisconsin.
  • Marriage: She was married on June 9, 1947 in Iowa.
  • Death: She died on September 4, 2012, at age 81.
  • Burial: She was buried in Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery, De Pere, Wisconsin.
  • Note: Darleen H. (Thirion) Christensen, 81, Green Bay, passed away peacefully with her loving husband and family by her side Tuesday, September 04, 2012. She was born February 4, 1931 in West De Pere, to the late George and Nettie (Linskens) Thirion. Dar attended Nicolet High School in West De Pere. She married the love of her life Richard "Dick" Christensen on June 9, 1947 in Maquoketa, Iowa. Dar was a chef for E.R.A. Food Service which serves St. Norbert College. From 1960-1969 she cooked for the Green Bay Packer Organization during training camp. Dick and Dar ran and operated Club 32 De Pere from 1969-1975. She was a talented local artist and shared her art with everyone that she loved. Dar was a member of many area service clubs and organizations and was an excellent golfer. She had a strong faith and volunteered in many church activities.

    Dar is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Dick; 4 children: Tom (Jan), Dick, and Harry (Lynn) Christensen, and Bonnie Jean Peterson; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and sister, Marianne Zehren.

    She was preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, James Peterson; brother, Carl Thirion; and brother-in-law John Zehren.

    Family and friends may call Friday, September 7, 2012, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, from 4:00pm until 7:00pm with a parish prayer service at 7:00pm. Visitation will continue on Saturday at St. Willebrord Catholic Church, 209 S. Adams St., Green Bay, from 10:00am until 11:00am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the church on Saturday at 11:00am with Rev. Andrew Cribben officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, De Pere.
