    Marie (Mickey) worked at St. Vincent Hospital, Kroll's East, and the Bellevue Laundromat while she and Andy raised 4 children. She achieved so much in her life but if you ask her children what they admired most, it would be the 11 years that with love, dedication, and determination; she selflessly cared for her husband Andy, who was stricken with Alzheimer's and then cancer. She promised dad he could stay home to the end and she kept her promise!

    Mom you will be sadly missed and forever loved by your son Jim (Julie) Hoes, daughters Jean (Vern) Nussbaum, Joan (Marion/Junior) Doxtator-Robinson, and Jane Molzahn; your grandchildren Mark (Teresa) Nussbaum, Monica (Dave) Smithson, Laura Benesh, Sheila Molzahn, Scott Doxtator, and Jason (Rachael) Doxtator; and your great grandchildren Drew and Luke Nussbaum, Summer Smithson, Destiny Benesh, Nicole, Jonathan, Gavin, Seth, and Walker Doxtator; brothers, sisters, relatives, and friends.

    Mom wanted a Special Thank You to Sister Helen for her sincere friendship, frequent visits, and spiritual guidance; to St. Philips Parish for all the masses and prayers throughout her life; to Dr. Peter Fergus MD, and to Hailey and mom's numerous helpers from Unity's Palliative and Hospice programs and the Unity Jack and Engrid Meng Residence.

    A Special Thank You to Joan and Junior for opening up your hearts and home so mom could live out her years "at home with family".

    "Mom words could never express how thankful we are that you were and always will be our mother."

    Per her wishes, a funeral service will be held at a later date and she will be laid to rest at the Allouez Catholic cemetery, beside her husband Andrew and near her grandaughter Mary Nussbaum.

    AGED WOMAN DIED IN VANDENBROEK TOWN

    Little Chute- Mrs. Wilhilmina Joosten, 90, died Saturday afternoon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John J. Evers, Town of Vandenbroek. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. John Brooks, Appleton; Mrs. Arnold Maas, Marion; Mrs. Anna Maas, California; Mrs. John Evers, Vandenbroek; four sons, John, Rudolph; Walter, Winegar; Arnold and Chris of this village.

    Funeral services will be conducted at 9 o'clock Tuesday morning at St. John Church by the Rev. John J. Sprangers. Burial will take place in the Catholic cemetery.

    John H. Hietpas Funeral Rites Held Thursday

    John H. Hietpas, 89, 1140 Washington St., Little Chute, died at home about 8:15 o'clock Monday evening after a short illness. He was a life long resident of Little Chute, where he was born he was born February 8, 1867.

    Suvivors include five daughters, Mrs. Theodore Vanden Heuvel of Kimberly, Mrs. Sophia Huiting and Mrs. Barney Lamers of Little Chute, Mrs. Susan Kamps of Combined Locks and Mrs. Ervin Haessly, at home; four sons, Albert and Joseph, at home, Frank of Kaukauna, and Sylvester of Kimberly; 20 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

    The cortege formed at 8:30 Thursday morning at the Verkuilen Funeral Home, Little Chute. Funeral services were held at 9 o'clock at St. John Catholic Church, Little Chute. Burial was in the parish cemetery.

    Henry Hietpas, 75, Little Chute, died August 1, 1944, at his home after a long illness. He was born in Little Chute, April 14, 1869, he lived in Little Chute nearly
    all his life. He was a member of Holy Name Society, of St. John's Church, Little
    Chute, and of the Catholic Order of Foresters.

    He survived by his widow, two daughters, Mrs. Henry C. Arts, Little Chute, and Mrs. John McGinnis, Appleton; six sons, Cpt. Alfred, Army Chaplain stationed in the Panama Canal Zone; John, Simon and Nicholas, Little Chute; Joseph, Appleton; and Frank, California; three brothers, Nicholas, Appleton; John and Joseph, Little Chute; and one sister, Mrs. Lawrence Sol, Freedom; 24 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
