Search FOCOL: Web Hosting Guidelines

Your business or organization can have a website hosted on the Fox Cities Online server if you meet the following guidelines:

• You are a business, government agency, social service agency, school, church, library, club or organization in our geographic area, or your organization is of interest to residents of the Fox Cities Online geographic area. Presently that is loosely defined as stretching from Neenah to Kaukauna, including surrounding areas.

• You join Fox Cities Online at the "regular member" level or above.

• You have someone in your organization who can be your "webmaster". Your webmaster will be responsible for maintaining your web pages and keeping them current. We will not change content on your website without your permission, but we reserve the right to accept or reject information and we reserve the right to delete already published information.

• You MUST display Fox Cities Online Logo (see example above) somewhere on the home page of your website. The logo must link back to the Fox Cities Online home page. For information about how to display the logo and link it back to the Fox Cities Online home page, see our page on How to Link.

• Fox Cities Online expects that you will provide only information that you own or have authority to display. We can not be held liable for loss of profit or damages under any circumstances. We can not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by things beyond control like power outages or equipment failures or acts of nature.
  
  
• You may not engage in any illegal activity via your Fox Cities Online website. If we determine that illegal activities are taking place we will remove your information and delete your account on our system.

• You may discontinue your membership at any time. We will remove your information from the Fox Cities Online website at your request within 3 working days. No membership dues refunds will be made.

• One email account is included with Regular memberships. Up to four email accounts can be requested with Supporting memberships and above.

• If you would like to have information about your organization on Fox Cities Online but don't have a "webmaster" contact us about a "Web Brochure"
